Yes, it's easy to read. But, to be honest, just fill to the top line and you'll have a perfect 10 cup pot.
The box didn't say anything about it. It's made of plastic and can be used to fill your coffee maker with water. It can be found in the majority of plastic products.

After that, we purchased a Keurig, and this pitcher is perfect for filling the water reservoir - There are no spills because everything is perfectly aligned.
It's only been a few weeks since we've used this pitcher. The water transfer from the refrigerator filtered water to the Keurig machine is surprisingly accurate with this Bunn pitcher, whereas the other method we were using usually resulted in water spilling on the countertop. I would buy this Bunn pitcher from Supply Price again because of their excellent customer service and support.
This is what I bought to go with my Keurig coffee maker. The size is ideal, and there is no spillage during the pouring process. I spilled it every time I tried to use a measuring cup, and for the record, it's 6. From the spout to the bottom, this piece stands 25" tall. When I asked how many people said nine, several people replied "nine. " br>This pitcher is absolutely gorgeous.
My husband placed this on the bottom rack of the dishwasher after it arrived. It warped the top part of one side, making it look less appealing than in the photo. The grip, on the other hand, is comfortable, and I use it to fill the coffee maker reservoir, water plants, and fill dog bowls.
An item that is always dependable; We were worried it wouldn't be available anymore, but thank goodness it is. Perfect grip for transferring water from the refrigerator to the coffeemaker. It's not so big that it's difficult to fill the coffeemaker. I was on the verge of placing a second order. I would strongly suggest it.
So I needed something to fill the reservoir when I got a new Keurig for work. Because it fits under the spigot of the water filtration unit in the hall, this was my first choice.
This works great and I like it because it pours easily without spilling and I can do it with one hand; the only downside is that it takes a couple of pitchers to fill my coffee maker, but I'm okay with that!.
I've been using Bunn coffee makers for over 20 years, and my original pitcher, despite being clean, had become discolored and unappealing. I'm overjoyed to have a new one to study.
