It doesn't seem like the glass liner replacement is available The only way to fix this is likely to be a new one.
Prices were too high for it to be worth it

I bought this to replace it. During the time this one lived with me, I was able to enjoy many things Aged 7 years. That said, let me tell you something. . The coffee cup keeps coffee hot for a long time and fits under the Technivorm Moccamaster without any issues. A good alternative to the cup of coffee you may get after a couple hours. My recommendation for this carafe is a definite yes! The reason for my repeat purchase is this.
it's an insult to made in Japan products, like some kids designed it in their garage and got it assembled in Japan*positives It is hard to find vacuum glass inner parts these days, and these are best for keeping your temperature higher than stainless steel. The rest of it is the problem. The outer casing of the phone is very thin and unstable. One false move and the whole thing will break. It is constructed in a way that holds the inner glass part of the phone in place very weakly. If you push the outer casing with your hand, the bottom will pop out. Even though I am using a Zojirushi filter that states it is made in Thailand, it is an outstanding product that seems to be of the space age.
The Krups 1 litre carafe, which I have used for years and still function perfectly, will be replaced or upgraded with the 6 liter carafe. Thanks to the extra capacity and its better compatibility with my RSVP dripper, I find it to be quite useful. When I pour the hot water over the grounds, the funnel's round base sits securely in the carafe's threads, so the funnel stays in place. A bump simply cannot cause the dripper to fall off, unless the carafe falls over as a whole. As the hole in the top is just a bit bigger than the spout on the dripper, it is difficult to get a brush inside. Instead, I rinse it with hot water and let it stand in hot water for one night, so it is ready to go. A fresh pot of coffee awaits you every morning. Even in the afternoon, the coffee continues to keep hot.
I did not expect it to remain hot as well as it did. After opening the box, water flooded into the case due to a leak on the screw on base. There was a leak in the sealant, so I repaired it. The base cracked after my daughter dropped the carafe a few inches into the sink after a couple of months. As I was filling the carafe with hot water to preheat it, it slipped out of my hand before it had a chance to get wet. Given that it was only about two inches above the ground, it shouldn't have been damaged. The quality of this is not in line with quality standards offered by Zojirushi.
The carafe keeps tea hot for a very long time, and because it is made from glass, it doesn't impart the taste of metal to In addition, I would like to see Zojirushi use a better lid for this item (the push down lid they use in their other line). Having to unlatch the turn lid every time I need to open the carafe is a bit of a hassle. In addition, this carafe makes a hissing noise, which at first fooled me into believing that a bat was nestled It now has a special place in my heart. As my Zojirushi was named "Alistair the Dragon", I chose this name.
I bought it to replace another product that didn't do the job. There was a leak at (different company) that was difficult to find a solution to. This gets stained after a lot of use. To get rid of it, I don't rub it, I simply sprinkle a little baking soda inside it and let it sit for a few brush, I gently brush deep inside until the surface comes out shiny and ready to be used.
There is a lid on the container, making pouring more difficult. The plastic lid of the pot also leaves a strange aftertaste in the hot water, I only noticed this when drinking water from the pot without tea leaves, and it tasted like the white plastic underneath the lid. Not sure what kind of material it is, but it can't be helpful.
Occasionally, it does not pour due to the lid not turning all the way to the point. To adjust to other positions on the lid, I adjusted the I like the design of this mug, but it doesn't keep my coffee as hot as.
