I am very satisfied. A lot of research was done on airpots, and this one from Cresimo ultimately won out. There was no other similar product offering its features at this price. The lid covers the bottom so I can heat up clean bottled water and have hot water to wash my hands and dishes in. I would be absolutely insane without the lid. This is amazing to me. My face and hands feel cold and I do not want to wash them with cold water in the middle of winter. Whenever I wake up in the morning, the water is still nice and hot. I can fill this up before I go to sleep at night and toss it around in the morning. Having hot water waiting for me when I wake up is so nice. Fill up with water in the microwave or on the stove. Pop out the top, remove the pump, and refill with hot water. The method seems to work well. A kit of this kind should be kept in everyone's home in case of emergency!.

I like this product in terms of its looks and functionality. I kept the tea hot for about four hours As far as I could tell, it took 5 hours. had a capacity of about 20 cups or so. There was no way to pour hot tea into it because its narrow mouth made it difficult. It would have been better to use a funnel or similar device. Keeping the house clean was simple. I recommend it.

This carafe is awesome. It was recently found that my sister had borrowed the carafe from me 8 years ago. She would like it back now. It would be reasonable to assume that she'd forgotten by now, but she hadn't. I had to get a new one anyway, and this is the one that I liked best.
