I am able to enjoy hot coffee for a few hours after I open it. I think it's a really good app that does exactly what I'd like It keeps my french press coffee hot for a few hours, so I can make a big pot and drink it all morning if I wish.

You may want to note these two points. I don't think either is a big deal, but I want you to be aware of them. 1) The coffee won't stay hot all day, so don't rely on seems to work for a few hours.
2) When cleaning, because of the lip design, not all of the water drains, so it doesn't get completely dry. Only if you reach in with something to wipe it out can you get it 100% dry.

It's like saying there is a rock & roll group by the name of The Beatles because I like coffee It is an understatement to say that the roll band is impressive. Whenever we get up in the morning, my wife and I simply press a button. We have a Bonavita coffee maker that we set up every night. I bought a 1 liter Zojirushi thermal carafe a year ago after I became addicted to drinking coffee until 1 pm. Chrome gleams off the surface of this machine A nice finish that looks great, plus an added bonus it keeps the coffee hot to the very end! Even after pushing the Bonavita button several hours ago, piping hot coffee is still waiting for you. There is only one problem 1 liter of coffee only lasts about an hour. I thought it would be interesting to share this thermal pitcher Primula Bryant The 1 in its name refers to its significance. It sounded like a good deal to have a 5 liter capacity. If you have more capacity, you won't have to stop to make another pot of coffee in the middle of a project The Primula Bryant stands out because of its jet black top and faux wood accents versus my shiny chrome Zoji. The Zoji looks the same rather than much larger, but we're able to brew more coffee in the morning when we use it. Can you tell me how well insulated it is? For us, it is effective. We are getting closer to noon, when the coffee is not as hot, but it is I prefer to microwave the coffee for a single 10 second burst if I want it to be piping hot. The bigger capacity of the coffee maker means that the coffee stays hot a lot longer thanks to its greater thermal mass. I poured 12 ounces of boiling hot water into the Zojirushi and Primula Bryant and closed the tops, waited 90 minutes before pouring the hot water into two identical coffee mugs, then waited one minute before taking compared two thermometers and averaged the slightly different measurements. 1) The Zojirushi water had an internal temperature of 146° and the PB had an internal temperature of I believe both carafes would have produced higher numbers if I had added more than 12 ounces of water to each of them, but the relative differences would still have been in the same range.
