On the advice of my air conditioning technician, I purchased through Amazon because it was less expensive than purchasing locally. If the box was bent or in poor condition, he suggested returning it. Before accepting the package, I had to check the system's pressure by pressing a button visible just beneath a portion of the box. The box was in good condition and contained the necessary pressure. So far, everything has gone well. My previous system, which was the same brand and lasted 24 years, was still running, but it was a rust bucket, and I'm not sure how it was still kicking, lol. I'm hoping this one will last as long as the last. Crossing my fingers. br>br>With installation included, this purchase saved me at least $3,500. I also used a card that offered 5% cash back, so I got a nice credit for future purchases as well. There were no issues with either the seller or the delivery. It was a good time.
