The upper surface of Hi is never heated. The back of the room has a drain. Consequently, a container is needed for the water to be drained. I like the way it looks. The installer is easy to use. I have a small room with two French doors and a large window, but it is 650 square feet. There is a lot of sunlight coming in these days, so I turned the lamp It blows cool air...but not like an air conditioner does, where it cools the room down through the ceiling. This helps, but I think if there was a higher BTU unit, I would go with that. In my honest opinion, that is the case.

Thanks to the clear instructions, setting up the system was straightforward and easy.
