A totally worthwhile experience. In a nutshell, I'm Chad L. I live in San Jose, California. There is a problem I'd like to talk about It's impossible for me to live without a backpack. My collection is getting even better with this new addition. As I was performing my first Amazon search for a replacement bag for my Oakley helmet, I discovered Amazon had one available. The bag allegedly disappeared before we went skiing in Argentina at the end of August. Tonight, I showed my wife this bag by saying "hey, you want to see my new backpack with my helmet inside?"? Is that a helmet bag?" she stuttered, then she said, "wait, I mean that?". As well as saying "YOU GOT ANOTHER STUPID BACKPACK?", she then yelled "YOU GOT THAT?". My wife was impressed when I showed her this backpack, even my family members were. mystified when I showed her the clothing compartments and helmet compartments after I showed her that it held all my US-size 11 ski boots that her mouth dropped open in shock. She's still walking around the house, mumbling about "how many backpacks does he really need" but I'm telling you, she was a tad surprised. The nice wide shoulder straps make it very comfortable for her. I even made her try it on for her to see. Although she admitted that the cushions are indeed comfortable, she threatened me if I tried to video the process for my review, so I did anyway. Those are the words I (she) will be using. *The zippers on the pants are medium-sized The quality of the service The bags are nothing terribly special, but for a gear bag, that is to be expected. Comparatively, I would say it compares favorably with my Ogio gear bag that I use for my dirt bike gear, which is not a backpack but I do appreciate equally as much. Essentially, it is perfect for me, as I am able to keep all my essentials in one location, and I can keep my expensive Atomic Hawx in one spot instead of rattling around my garage floor/shelves.

Within my boot compartment, you'll find both my boots and ski socks (in the boots). The following *br In my helmet, in the compartment under my helmet, I have my goggles in their case*- There is a neckie, a pair of large OR mittens with liner, a small pair of North Face gloves, a few miscellaneous items like warmers, sunglasses cases, and maybe a waterproof jacket if it packs down small enough. My first observation was the sharp bend of two of the zippers, which caused them to get stuck on the corners. Despite my reservation, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they'll break in with use. However, the bag in general works very well. I like the placement of the handle, the shoulder straps are comfortable enough, and overall, I like how it.

an easier way to carry my boots and other ski gear to the lodge especially since I had to transport my wife's skis as well. By using this backpack, I can store the heavy boots and other gear in a padded environment and manage the load much more effectively. It is possible to put the boots in the bag in the right way or the wrong way, and I had to check the accompanying photos on Amazon to figure it out (there were no instructions included). realized that, I wore ) helmet, large fanny pack, and other supplies can all fit in the pack. As soon as I put the backpack on, I was able to carry both sets of skis with both hands free. Unless you count padding in the boot area (distributed independently from the rest of your gear) and shoulder straps, there isn't very much padding, just enough for the job without adding too much bulk or weight. In any case, I do not think it will last 40+ years, unlike my Land's End padded boot bag, which has survived countless airline cargo holds with no issue. Although this does the job well, it is something I will use on all our ski vacations.

The high number of 5 star ratings on this bag is both surprising and suspicious. From the moment I opened it and checked it, I suspected the zippers were not going to last. The ski trip was a round-trip without transfers for the first time I went skiing. The zippers, however, do that thing where they go in the wrong direction and need to be repositioned There you are. My second ski trip, also a round trip without transfers, produced the same outcome I retrieved the bag upon my return and did not find the plastic tab holding the shoulder straps. While the design is great, and it holds a lot of things, the construction is too thin and fragile. It cost me over $50, but I got to use this bag twice. I was fooled.

You won't regret buying this bag! We have twins who are five years old who are learning to ski this year, as well as three older children who are eight to thirteen years old and all love As a family of this size, snacks and drinks are also essential which is why I needed something to help me carry everything. Despite a large bag, I managed to fit a lot of items! Among the things I have in it are my ski boots, helmet, face mask, and gloves. It is possible to fit one of the twins' pairs of boots plus their ski harnesses in the bag.
Once their helmets are strapped on the outside, I attach the handles to the outside of the bag. There are a couple of adjustable straps with buckles on the sides of the bag. Using the straps meant for a duffel bag, I can easily hang the twins' skis on either side. There is a nice tarp like material in the boot compartment, and since the material is waterproof and easy to clean, it means that when you want to pack, you don't have to worry about waiting for all the snow to melt before getting your gear together. Although I have only used it once, I believe it is well made and will last several years. Due to the fact that I have only used it one time, I am not sure how durable it will be.
