For the tow rope, you need to buy a connector

To connect your tube to the tow rope, you need a connector rope. The tube is fine, but you have to buy a connector The fact that the tube would go around the boat but not the kids was something I did not realize before I bought it and was not convenient to figure out once the kids were ready to go.

In less than four months, the handles of the tubes fall apart

This tube has been used for less than a season ( in New England it has lasted barely 4 months) and the handles and seams appear After contacting warranty support, it was determined that it was normal wear and tear and denied my claim. I think it's absurd to charge more than $600 for 4 months of service! As well as that, we had to patch the tube just once, and the patch kit they include does not work! I had to use a patch kit supplied by an outside.

In giving this tube a 2 star rating, I am just saying that I had the chance to enjoy it for a short period of time. I probably used it for a total of 3-4 months. It happened 5 times and 2 times that a puncture would appear in the inner tube, and while I was able to patch those holes, they would somehow still allow air to pass through. Then I have two industrial patches on top of that. As a whole, their customer service for warranty issues is pretty poor It is a non-existent, so that's why your money is taken. That is also why I rated this product 2 stars since you're on your own. Don't be afraid to spend the extra $50-$60 If you're out on your boat with your family and this pathetic tube pops, it will really ruin the day and put a damper on the fun day you planned. It's worth it in the end, trust me.

For the money, it's well worth it. We've used it a few times so far, and it seems to hold up well. It is thick and feels durable. No injuries reported or blisters received. One only problem is you are unable to get on when it is in the water, you need to pull it to your boat to get on but it is not a problem because the My kids weighed about 150 pounds each, and we did it side-by-side between them. There was no problem with the submarine because the kids were too far forward. The hand holds were nice, and the kids would have been able to stay on it all day. As well as a good rope, I recommend a good tow. As well as- Do not forget to wear sunscreen on the back of your legs!.

This is the worst towable water tube you can buy! In July of 2020, I bought this tube and put it in the water about 2 1/2 weeks later and used it to tow my kids around for about two hours

I stored it under the bimini top, away from the As I lifted the lid to store it for the winter and lifted the grab handles, they disintegrated into powder and the styrofoam fell out of the roof. The main part of the tube is in great condition, but the handles that I used to hold onto while towing were made of some very inferior material. As the owner of the tube, Amazon has to handle warranty replacement, although a restocking charge of approximately $54 would be required. There was a very nice Amazon employee who gave me a 50 percent discount. I will be receiving a 300. 00 gift card in order to make up for the Conclusion Be careful what you wish for. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY PRODUCTS FROM WOW WATERSPORTS. (They have now reduced the price of the same product from 220 to 110. We will start at 00 and work our way A bunch of 00 are trying to unload their junk!.
