There are no spare parts to keep up with or lose with the Lightning Valve attached to the towable. Inflates and deflates 57% faster than our previous valves thanks to the valve's wider opening. There is an interior flap that keeps air from escaping, regardless of whether a cap is present. An air pump nozzle adapter is available for seamless integration with most pumps present on the market. Tube-to-inflator adapter that slides onto the air hose is included with it. There is no way to inflate a tube with an inflator that only has a nozzle (no hose). There are high-performance Ryobi tools in my collection Air pump with a high volume of air With this adapter, it does not work. It's likely that similar small hand held inflators would experience the same problems.

Malibu Wakesetter is what we have. Tubing is a serious sport to us, we call it extreme tubing - two tubes running at the same time and two people riding each tube, they jump from one to the other, etc. Despite their durability, these tubes are quite light. In spite of that, it usually takes 1 to 2 years for the tubes to break down. The heat from the sun will expand the air and cause it to over inflate a fully inflated tube. Delay the placement of the tube in direct sunlight, or you will damage There have never been any problems with the covers or handles ripping, but it is likely that the tube will need to be replaced after a couple years. In case of emergency, I always keep a spare in the boat. In addition to skiing, wakeboarding, and surfing, my four kids are now 20, 22, 24, and they have been using the O'Brien Screamer for about ten years now.

This is a good product, however the valve is a bit We have our second Super Screamer this time around

Years of use eventually led to the first one wearing out. There is nothing we dislike about the new proprietary valve, except for it. The new curved design does not retain air as well as the old design. In order to fill with a standard hand pump, you will need to purchase an adapter. The air flow is the same, but the speed of your pump limits the flow and you waste a lot of time fiddling with your valve even though it's theoretically bigger. It would be easier to pump up the old one.

The tube is nice, but it's not strong enough to hold its inflation I think that this is a pretty good size tube for two people and that I can manage it better than the three person one we used to have

However, In the first place, the inner envelope and the outer skin are misaligned on ours so that the fill valve can barely be accessed from the velcroed cover flap. Second, it simply does not hold an adequate amount of air. Tubing an hour after an hour is causing it to get Two hours after riding it is highly unlikely that it is still rideable. Correction We've given the star a thumbs up. The zipper made it possible to shift the outer and inner envelopes so that the filler cap would line up with the velcroed access hole when the purse was on. Despite my best efforts, it has not stayed steady for more than an hour.

This is not a good choice for tube wars in which kids are moving about The other tubes we owned were stolen, so we purchased this tube to replace them

While it looked great at first, the stitches on the pad sections started pulling out and the stretchy fabric pulled in several places after being used by older kids during a tube war session. On these new tubes, as they are not as good as the old ones, it is difficult to move around as freely as you might expect. Our customer service rep was really nice and sent us a new one. Hopefully it stands up a little better than the original.

The Super Screamer has been in our family for many years and we love it. In contrast, these new ones feature an entirely different valve, and they do not come with an adapter like the old ones I'm glad I'm like McGyver and Jerry rigged an adapter or we wouldn't have had the ability to use it this weekend. Otherwise, I would have needed to order an adapter for ten dollars and wait one week for it.

People might find it easier to get on the tube if there were some handles on it. I dragged it around the lake for an hour or two with 2 kids in it. As long as you tighten the screw top to the inflation valve, everything has held up well Although the valve does not have to be cranked down (it's only plastic after all), its flappy check valve cannot maintain the pressure by itself. It would be best to have an air compressor for inflation. It either shows that you have way too much time on your hands or that you have way too much belief in yourself when you think you will blow it up by hand.
