This is something I sent to my son. law. This is fantastic. This is something I sent to my son. I'm a lawyer who loves to surf. He's really excited about it! I was surprised at how much he uses it; in fact, it appears that he uses it more than his surfboard these days. So there you have it.

This'board' is a lot of fun to play with! I've only used it a few times, but it's a lot easier to control in bigger waves than a boogie board, and it's a lot more fun to get the benefits of riding the wave's edge.

I was forced to write a review by the vendor, so here it is: I completely agree with another customer who stated that this is an extremely overpriced product; once you hold it in your hands and compare it to the highest rated body boards available on Amazon, you'll realize you've made a mistake

This was my first hand plane, and it was on this board that I discovered bodysurfing and Slyde boards. Every single one of their birds is of excellent quality. This board performs admirably in whitewater and smaller waves. I don't like tying it on my bicep, so I just tie it around my wrist instead. It's comfortable to use, easy to grip (especially with some wax), and much more convenient than a bodyboard or surfboard.

$160 is a waste of money

$160 is a waste of money. The $60 Slyde is great, but it's also overpriced in my opinion. That is supposed to be $20. Because the materials used to make these are less expensive than those used to make boogie boards, the price should be lower as well. I'd be willing to pay up to $50 for it. The $160 price tag is a slap in the face. It's nothing more than a blob of foam.

He had a great time because he was having so much fun

For his birthday in November, we bought our eldest son a Slyde Handboard. Our youngest son spent his Christmas money on one because he was having so much fun. They're having a great time with them and going on some great rides together. The Handboards are generating a lot of buzz in New Zealand!
