GUARANTEED TO LAST: Kai boards are built to last thanks to a patented Integrate Heat Lamination (IHL) technology that creates a strong heat seal bonding between the foam core and foam skin for improved UV and water resistance. The deck and rails have been heat laminated to the EPS Core using this process. The heat Lamination (IHL) technology is used to laminate the durable eco-surlyn slick bottoms to the EPS core.

Is there a leash included in this? If not, is there a way to attach a leash if it's purchased separately?

You will not receive a leash or a leash mount if you order the 22".

Is there a leash on the 42"?

Yes, it comes with a simple nylon rope and velcro wrist strap leash that measures about 4 feet long. It works fine, but I upgraded to an aftermarket coil leash that lasts longer and is less in the way while riding. The factory leash is fairly simple to remove and replace.

There is no leash, nor is it possible to attach one

I purchased the 22" for my 5-year-old son. As advertised, this item does not include a leash. If a leash is purchased separately, it does not even have an insert on the board to install it. I'm coming back.

I'm about 160 pounds, so it was ideal for beach body boarding. It has an arm strap and goes a long way with the right wave! It may be a little big for kids, but it was all we used by the end of the trip! So, if you have to choose between this and a small one, I'd go with the latter! This is something I would buy again and again for beach trips.

It was a waste of money

It didn't even include a wrist or ankle attachment. It was a complete waste of money, and I was extremely dissatisfied. I'd prefer a refund, but my daughter is looking forward to going to the beach.
