It was the same issue for me as well and I did not see any video accompanying the product. To tie the long strap I just tied it around the same leg on both sides, used it once so far and it seemed to work fine, hoped that had some value.

There's no such thing as a flat tire with solid tires! On other models, changing tires is very difficult due to the small tires. There is no showing how securely the kayak is attached to the trailer, my only comment. If you cut yours and tie it to both sides of the cart, it works fine. This does not pose a problem if you do it.
My kayak was a bit wonky at first, but I managed to maneuver it on my own. In order for my kayak to fit, I had to add larger foam pads, but it functions correctly. There is plenty of strength and durability in it. Stacking two kayaks on it, I had no issues. I put my 12 foot lightning kayak on it as well as my friend's 10 or 11 foot pelican catch 100 kayak on it, and it worked just fine.

It was a bit too large to fit on top of the kayak due to its large wheels, which helped for stability. Even though I would have to drive it back to the car every time, I could still launch the kayak myself since I had to get back in the car every time.
