Questions & Answers
The listing states that they are not returnable, and I believe they are.
As far as the difference goes, I cannot answer specifically. It is easy for me to haul into the water a 16' wooden canoe (75 lbs) that is 39" wide at the thwart.

Despite its low price point, this dolly seems to be of superior quality. I thought it was very well made and well put together. However, when I went to use it to transport my Ocean Kayak from my garage to my dock I had a lot of difficulty. In addition, I had to use a ladder to secure the kayak. 1
This is due to the fact that they are too flexible and do not hold the kayak securely. It was caused by the slightest bump or resistance in the lawn that caused the dolly to shift out of positioning, sometimes sideways. During this process, the kayak was tangled in the bungees in the dolly, so I suggest using the provided black strap instead, and making sure to pull it 2.
On Amazon, the picture shows the kayak with its "kick stand" forward. When the kayak hits grass after being pulled up that way, An extremely frustrating experience. The kick stand trails behind it when I use it. Since it's behind the kayak, it's not at risk of getting caught here. * * *3. To allow it to collapse and be stored, the bolts that hold it together are spring loaded. That is true, but the kayak will also collapse if you move it. That was the end result of fully tightening those bolts, as it no longer collapsed. Getting it to collapse does not save a lot of space anyway. 2. 3. 4. It was the curvature, or lack of curvature, of the dolly cross members that caused the majority of the problems. In a kayak without a keel, or if it has a relatively flat bottom, it will sit on the middle of the cross bars, failing to It would be best not to use the rubber cushons on the aluminum cross members since they are so thin. It is impossible to move the kayak if the dolly is resting on the keel, which causes the kayak to shift. I had to spend a lot of time adjusting the dolly, but it seems to be working now. It might be good for some kayaks, but by going for a more "v" shape or by making bumpers that are much thicker, the design could fit a wider variety of kayaks.
The product works for 2 days, then 3 days, then 4 days, and then 6 days. There is a major design flaw in this cart in that the primary structure is connected to the wheels The bearing tube is made from brittle plastic T-shaped tube Connectors that take the shape of a As you can see from the product photos, it is clearly visible. It's only plus is that the wheels don't require air. However, what does it matter if it breaks in two days? A recent update The seller reached out to me the next day after I posted this feedback, informing me that they were aware of the problem and asking whether it was fine to send me the other model with a different kickstand bug that had The new cart was delivered to me. I have not assembled it or put it to Currently I am going to restore my feedback as 4 stars due to the great customer support, but I am still unsure of the quality of the new cart.
The above system may work well for those in cities who always transport their boats on perfectly flat sidewalks and manicured lawns, but it doesn't work very well for people with a lot of off-roading to do. A road trip. When you hit a rock, this thing just folds up to protect your legs from rocks, and the kickstand is made to fold downward, toward the wheels, so you have 2 inches of ground clearance rather than folding UP toward the boat, which would give you the most clearance. In a sane person's opinion, that's the way it should be. As I kayak in Colorado, we have ROCKS in the Rocky Mountains. I live in an area that has lots of rocks, and apparently, the people who invented it have never seen or heard of anything like this. In other words, if you paddle flatwater from a dock or something, this is probably fine, but if you go to rustic, wild lakes and rivers with uneven terrain, this is definitely not a good choice. I'm going to try to replace it with something else. The kickstand must be mounted properly, otherwise it will not work. It's such a pain in the buttocks.
It is easy to assemble, folds up for easy loading in the trunk, and is lightweight. My experience with the build was good, I was using it all weekend during a kayak festival with a long distance between the parking lot and the beach. That was an excellent use of the product. There is no way to go wrong at this price. There is only one thing it lacks compared to more expensive models, which is that I paddle a low volume sea kayak, so I could not take off the wheels and fit the whole thing into With the more expensive units, you will be able to disassemble them and pack them My camping trips don't require me to take the cart, so my cart is perfect since I can take it wherever I go. Over the course of the year, I will continue to update my review.
This is something I gave to my sister, and she was amazed by it. This kayak is easy to set up and has a kickstand that makes taking her kayak around amazing. No matter the distance you have to walk to get to the water from your vehicle, she can easily get in her kayak and go. It is very light as well. The price is amazing, especially considering the quality.
The designers got their numbers right on this one!.
I love how easy it is. The problem is They are attached to the aluminum with what the parts are like together and how they Plastic coated in silver paint that looks hollow. The objects do not seem to be metal to me. Photos are shown in the following paragraph. There is also a guard for the clip on the strap that is not leather or even plastic, so I must make a decision as to whether to just wait for them to break and replace them with metal bolts, or return the cart and pay twice as much for another cart. I think it's some fabric with a plastic coating on one side. See photographs. As far as I am concerned, I cannot.
There is not much to say except that this is a great kayak carrier, it's a good size and it seems to be of moderate Although they are airless, the tires are soft enough to provide a good grip while being transported. The price is too good to be true.
