A used item can be sold as if it were brand new

The item arrived on time, and all of the pieces are brand new, with the exception of the 14-inch diameter piece. Double-thickness 15 gram It was obvious that the Bike Spoke Wrench was a used product, as it had all of the markings and scratches, as well as the worn out signs of use over time. br>br>I would rather spend money on a new product than a used one.
