Shimano's 105 clip-in pedals have been updated with these pedals. Due to Shimano's trickle-down technology, the functionality is identical to the Ultegra and Dura Ace pedals of previous models. The main differences between models are float variances and pedal weight. Prices vary from dealer to dealer, so shop around for the best deal and dealer service.
Tighten the pedal by hand, then tighten the other side of the crank with an 8mm allen wrench (torque=35-45 Nm). 55 Nm)
A pair of pedals were given to me. They've made my day!

The cleat set is included, according to the description. The pedals were the only thing that I received. Because I don't know much about bikes and was giving this as a gift, being asked to return it because not everything was there was extremely embarrassing.
If you're looking for Shimano SPD-X, the first pair you ordered from Amazon was defective. In terms of performance, weight, and cost, the SL clipless pedals are probably the sweet spot over the 105 R7000 series. These are light and durable thanks to the use of carbon fiber and a metal kick plate. In my opinion, the included yellow cleats with 6 degrees of float and the ability to dial down the tension make learning clipless pedals a breeze. I'll admit that the Amazon unit I received was defective because I could barely clip in and out of it. I assumed it was because I was 140 pounds, so I took them to my LBS, where they confirmed that the tension was set to the lowest setting, and when a 175-pound mechanic tried to clip in and out with his own SPD-L, he was unable to do so. He had a similar experience to me with SL cleats. The next unit I received worked perfectly, so I believe my first unit was simply defective.
The bag the cleats came in was already open when I bought these pedals, which were marked as "new. " The color isn't the same as the SM-style yellow. I previously owned SH11 original cleats, which were in very poor condition, as was the box. Cleats had marks on them and appeared to be already installed. I was very disappointed to pay for a new item when these had clearly been used and were almost certainly a return.
The pedals and cleats are said to be included on the website. "Cleats included," says a sticker on the box in which the pedals are packaged. "Imagine my surprise when I realized I didn't have any cleats with me. I'm not the only one, based on the comments. I'll send these back. I think I'll just buy these this weekend at my shop. Amazon, I appreciate you wasting my time.
The right pedal's bearing became gummed up and wouldn't spin freely almost immediately. It was, however, simple to disassemble and clean. Aside from that, they're pretty decent.
The boot is well secured, but it is simple to get in and out of. It's simple to switch from a light to a strong connection. Compared to the previous model, this one is a little lighter.
This review is for the cleat only; I haven't yet ridden on the pedal; however, the clear broke almost immediately after being attached to my wife's cycling shoes. I requested that she put her shoes on so that I could adjust the spring tension, but her first step broke the back corner piece off.
Two if the six yellow pads came off on the first ride, which appears to be extremely unusual.
