spd pedals can be used with Shimano. Look Keo is a good fit for Vector cleats.
It will work with any road bike shoe. Some mountain bike shoes have a recessed space (usually for Shimano mountain SPD cleats) that may not work as well as road shoes.
Before I bought mine, I had to look it up online because I had no idea what it meant. The degree of rotation you can do with your foot when "clipped," left and right, is determined by your preferences. Six is the default setting on the Vector 2, and it's the setting I prefer. The issue with 0 is that there is debate about whether no movement to the left or right is good for the knee, according to what I've read. This made sense to me because the foot appears to move while riding. I'm not sure if 6 degrees (rather than 3 or some other number) is the right temperature for me, but it feels right.

Solid cleats, better than some others. I gave them four stars because they seem a little loose, even for a six-degree float, and they aren't exactly cheap (not much Garmin makes is).
The cleats on the Vector 3 pedals are identical.
With my Garmin Vector pedals, I use these.
Thank you for making such an excellent product.
On all of my bikes, I only use Garmin Vector pedals; I recently purchased two new pairs of shoes, and my go-to is my "Garmin vector Cleats. " Quality, Durability, and Consistency.
These cleats were designed to replace the ones that came with the Garmin Vector 2 pedals. They're genuine OEM parts that fit the pedals perfectly.
They're original equipment manufacturer parts, so they'll work fine.
Cleats are extremely comfortable to wear and release with little effort.
