Get the proper diameter for your bike, set the took slightly higher and half a chain width from the inner chain ring, and you won't gouge your carbon fiber frame by dropping a chain inside.

Why, oh why, didn't I get this a long time ago? It took a lot of fiddling to get it in the right place. There will be no more dropped chains; simply slam it into the 24T inner chaining and it will stick every time. Make sure you measure your seat tube because this thing has very little adjustability. Make sure the size fits your bicycle.
