Do you think this will work with 110 BD SM Spider?

There is no way for me to know. The Specialized SL4 with a 130 bcd SRM spider and specialized cranks could not be made to work with this version.

I use this with a Quarq, and it works great

I've used this on the Quarq power meter and it works perfectly. The BB30 I have came with a conversion kit so I needed something that would work just as well as the magnet mounted on the BB. There is a magnetless cadence setting on the Quarq, but this is considered to be more reliable/accurate for rough roads, and as I was going to mount a k-wire, I learned about it after I ordered the Quarq Since I was going to try the edge anyway, I thought I'd try.
