This turned out to be better than I anticipated
4/5

My initial impression of this stand was that it was of poor quality as soon as I took it out of the package. Using it on 3 bikes in succession, I set it up as follows I have a gravel bike, a road bike, and a full suspension mountain bike. The tubing is steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber in the same order. It is complete all the tubes are formed. It is not possible to have two that are identical in cross-section because no two are the same size. This part. In general, this stand fit all the items effectively, held them securely, and was very stable in its construction. Performance was much better than I had anticipated. It's a bit fiddly to adjust the clamp itself, especially since it's a two-step process. In any case, the stand is good value and works well. We'll have to see how long it lasts.

It was an unusable product due to a manufacturing defect
3/5

There is a mistake in the assembly of the main frame with where the bike clamp mounts, and where the long tube slides into the frame to hold the bike, and that is having the wrong end cut and welded to the clamp rotating assembly. They cut it for welding to the clamp assembly, but they cut and welded it at the wrong end, so about 2' from the bottom of the main frame you hit the HT stop. Thus, when assembly is completed, the bike clamp will not be lowered into the base frame more than a couple of inches. It is adjustable up to 5" and at its lowest point it is about 5'8" and it can be lowered even more. As a result, you would need to be at least 6'5' tall, or better, to even be able to see the settings of your shifters, and I'm only The ones I have went out that way with that defect are unlikely to all have gone out like mine. I was able to return my purchase and receive a refund from Amazon very easily. There's really not much blame to lay at the feet of the seller.

DIY cyclists will be pleased with this stand
5/5

Our bikes need general maintenance so I got this to do it. Despite not being heavy riders, we often use our bikes around the neighborhood, especially when the weather is nice. Typically I am just doing some general cleaning, but due to my daughter's broken chain, I had to replace the The process could have been accomplished without a stand, but it would have been much easier if there was one. It was easier to replace her brake cable when everything was at eye level when I bought a stand recently. I had to replace her brake cable, so I thought it would be good to invest in a stand. My bike remained level and I did not need to use one hand to keep it stable or balanced.

This isn't straight-forward to assemble, but you have to pay attention the whole time. I'm sure you can undo your mistake if you apply something to it incorrectly. With this stand you can tuck it neatly into the corner of your garage because it folds up. I'm sure you could remove the rotating clamp that attaches to the tank pretty easily in order to minimize the storage footprint. In my experience, the handlebar stabilizer was the only thing that caused me a bit of frustration. There are a few things that I have to do to get the rubber grippers to fit snugly into the holes, but I think that will get easier as I use it more. It won't be a deal breaker for me. The stand meets my needs for an easy to use, much more stable work surface. It folds up with ease, and I believe it is a good investment for the home mechanic.

The table top is crooked, and it easily tips over
3/5

Quite crooked and too light to hold a bike even at 30 pounds. In addition, the head is welded at an incorrect angle, and the main support shaft is angled too far forward. This is a cheap-quality product. Get a real stand made in the United States. It will surprise you at how different the Blue version is in quality, even though they are more expensive.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations
5/5

During my research of this repair stand, I was concerned by some of the reviews I found. During the Covid era, I was a bike builder, so I have some idea of what I need from a stand. I was using the Park Tool stand at that time, and the clamp jaw wasn't up to par. Quite frankly, I was irritated to the point of being infuriated. An average of 80 bikes per day would be built by me. I wanted to see how this stand fits my needs so decided to give it a try. My first step was to put it together and check the shift timing by riding my race bike on it (picture below). After that, I placed my training bike on it and also adjusted the timing. everything I need without any clamping problems. I'm not a pro, but this stand will get the job done even if you're working on a few different bikes at the same time. My model did not come with damaged bolts or anything that would be a problem. Thanks for the opportunity. I'm glad I gave it a shot.

This works as expected
4/5

I find this stand to be quite useful for my purposes. The only complaint I have is sometimes it might pull the bike forward a little as its weight puts it in that position, but it generally works well and is very useful for tuning and repairing motorcycles. From tuning up several bicycles, I have found that the seat post is the best place to clamp a bike. I would buy it again without a doubt.

I found it to be very well made for the price
5/5

It went together very easily, and it took me little time to set it My satisfaction with fit and finish is high. This bar is sturdy enough to fit on a mountain bike of any size without causing problems. When I'm not using it, it folds up easily and can be stored in a corner of my shop without issue. As a result, tuning up the bikes in the family will be a bit easier.

My favorite way to build a stand at a good price! It's perfect for any hobbyist
5/5

A 5 star rating is based on its price. Do not confuse this with a Park Tools stand, it is nowhere near as sturdy or well built. The bike repair stand is also not a $300 piece of equipment. It is, however, a fantastic choice for hobbyists and the person who needs a solidly constructed, easy to use and assemble light work station. There are no negatives to speak of yet in terms of price. The two people I recommended it to loved it too!.
