Is it the manufacturer's responsibility? On the inside of the cap, there's a tag that says T87. I recently placed an order for one and received a T89 in the mail. The cap isn't as good, and the material is flimsier. ?

I am 100 not certain of the style numbers. I have three Rapdom Tactical Constructed Operator hats, and the camo one I ordered is inferior, as you noted. flimsier. It's not the same as the Tactical in terms of construction.
