Yesterday I received the e-mail. It was SUCH an exciting day for me. My stranded bag was put up. . . within a few hours of getting it to the beach (South FL). During the first 25 seconds, a strong ocean breeze took the umbrella completely off its base and tore it into That's a fact. I barely even got a chance to watch it. In order to ship the umbrella, I had to pay for a new box to UPS for over $10 since it was such a large item. Accordingly, I would like to receive a refund of such a sum as well. As of yesterday, I was no longer able to directly send messages to the seller. My issue is very frustrating and I would appreciate it if someone the took ownership and accountability of it and responded to me as soon as possible.
