To whom should I address this? As with the originals that came with the tent, they are the same. There is nothing more to it than a pole and a rubber band.
There are rubber bands attached to the poles. My next step is to contact them to see if they'd like to send me a pack of bands. During cocktail hour, it is hard to locate your footprints in the sand.
