It did not seem to be an issue for me at all when I lost air. After a full week of testing for air leaks, I was happy to find that it was fully inflated, so I kept it there in a spare room to sleep on for a week to be sure it and the cot it was on were convenient for me to get on and off.
Although I weigh 210 and it doesn't seem to mind that, I'm not sure. Compared to some pads I have seen, I found this one to be thicker. I noticed that the seams were quite heavy-duty as well.

A durable material. This is a nice and wide menu. It is also easy to operate. Don't put it off any longer just buy it. The two mattresses I bought were a gamble that my wife and I took. They arrived an hour before our camping trip, so we just had to trust that they were good. The product did not measure up to the advertising height and was also more expensive than others in its category. The only thing I got out of mine was 2 inches in height and that was after I blew it up so extra, so it was hard to wear. My personal feeling is that I would need two of these stacked on top of each other for decent comfort, as well as to get nearly close to the advertised 3 inch height. Customer service is great at Hikenture, and after speaking to one of their representatives, the mattress is filled to a height of 3 inches once it is fully inflated. For me, this was uncomfortable, but for those who prefer a firmer fit, it probably won't be an issue. About two nights after it was delivered, I was able to get a comfortable fit. The height of the column is 5". Great customer service. Will definitely be purchasing from them again since I feel they stand by their products and are willing to look at and if necessary change their description of the item to make it clearer what a full height is.
