It's very much so since I live in the mountains and I have rocks, pine needles (which could get slippery), dirt, and mud to contend with. Regardless of the job, this boot is up to the task.

As a dog walker and sometimes runner, I take anywhere from 15,000 to 25,000 steps a day depending on how busy it is and how many animals we have. I constantly walk and sometimes run with my When I was looking for a pair of boots that could keep up and be comfortable as well as withstand the chemicals we use in our cleaning business, there were quite a few out there. So I decided to give these a try. The two of them are incredible. My favorite pair of shoes that I've had so far is these. They're durable and keep up perfectly. I wouldn't recommend completely submerging them in water although they are waterproof enough for walking in the rain or sweeping kennels. However, water does seep through from the very top of the boot, so I wouldn't recommend walking in them. My shoes give me plenty of support without restricting my movement. They are the perfect height as well. They have been with me for 4 months and I am an absolute fan. My next pair of shoes will be purchased as soon as these ones are worn.
My boots are a size 9 1/2 medium, but I am always very leery of ordering them online. This is the review I wrote for Ariat Canyon ll. What I ordered was that. They fit my wide width and will loosen, as the leather gets softer. I sometimes wear a wide, but these fit me better and will loosen up as they break in. As they are brand new, the leather is a little stiff on the inside, but just putting them on feels comfortable. Nevertheless, the padding on my feet is comfortable, and to me this is the most important characteristic. I need to find a good construction boot, and these seemed to be a good pick. Updates will be made later if I am able to do so. They are a lot cuter than I expected given the picture. I am very satisfied so far with how they look. It will take a few wearings for the uppers to soften up and conform to my feet since they are full of leather. Still, they seem to be doing well.

Their comfort and durability make them a great choice. I love the support that they provide and the ankle fits perfectly. A good ankle support is provided without feeling cumbersome or restrictive. The leather is of good quality and the stitching is good. Their style is very attractive and they look absolutely fabulous Ariat boots are my first pair of boots but I definitely won't be the last. I'd recommend them highly!.
My feet are never hurting after wearing these shoes all day. I wear them every day at work and never have an issue! It was worth the money I spent on these boots, as they lasted till the day I got my new ones!.
I think the purchase was completely worth it, even though it was a little pricey. They have been on my head frequently for about a week, and I wouldn't take them off if I could. A 9M is my normal size, but I recently bought an 8 instead. Try on the Ariat brand (a different model) in a local store and rate it 5 stars. Despite the short break-in period, they fit perfectly, don't seem to be of inferior quality, and have no break-in period. Toe box is quite roomy, so I am able to wear thick socks in the winter with no problems.
Getting the money is worth it, even if you are hesitant like I was. We have been hiking with them in the woods daily now for about a week and I enjoy it a lot. After hiking on dirt trails and large rocks for two weeks, there was wear in the heel. have a very comfortable fit and are stylish as well. The same thing hasn't happened to any other of my A scratch in the leather was present on the open box but no wear was apparent. The chances of me returning them would have been high if I had paid full price. The dogs were kept when bad weather struck or when the barn was kicking around. Wear them with jeans for a nice look.
