A medium elbow sleeve seemed to cut off my circulation despite me measuring my arm, and although I ordered a medium, I found it a bit small. In my case, I chose the MEDIUM size. Probably not a big deal to anyone, but I found it odd that the care label is on the opposite There is, however, a problem in that the material is thin and can be seen You can kind of ruin it that way. That's why they didn't stamp it sideways near the stitching, since that way it would be on the inside of the arm and would simply be hard to miss their logo. I find it provide the right amount of compression to help relieve my arm pain and at times to treat my wrist pain, although it is not as long as my elbow. Although I do not know why it helps, my wrist sometimes feels better after doing these exercises. In my position, I need to wear them almost every single day, so they need to function well and look stylish enough not to make me feel ridiculous. Because I feel I get both benefits from these, I am quite content to buy more and wear them instead of other brands.
