It works well to fixate and relieve pressure in the first metacarpal bone or in the metacarpal bone of the thumb, that can be applied before and after The third area of the dorsum, however, does not seem to be affected.
The point of this one is to prevent your thumb from moving because of pain but to allow you to make it tight or loose as you feel This one can be operated with the mouse, so you should be able to use it. Good luck and I hope you don't have to wear it too
My brace was delivered May 2020 and I don't wear it every single day anymore, but it still works. I don't know who the brand is or what Day is doing with their brace, but I got mine. Following the instructions is all you have to do. If they're talking about holes in the brace, it might be due to the fact that they threw it in the washer despite the instructions telling them to wash it by hand. *br> *br>This brace is very sturdy and comfortable enough for sleeping.

My tenosynovitis de Quervain seems to be getting better with the "splint. " Although I wore it for a week (removing it only to shower or wash my hands) and took anti-inflammatory pills, I still felt a lot of pain throughout the night A medication used to treat inflammation. It was highly recommended by my general practitioner (MD) that I use the splint and take the meds. My favorite part of the product is how easy it is to adjust for comfort. Of course, if I didn't have it I would prefer to have it, but the level of relief I am experiencing makes it worthwhile. Please allow me to add this. I didn't begin to feel better yesterday because the splint didn't seem to be helping. The splint had to be removed for five (5) days before the relief became noticeable. Here is what I hope will help.
My chronic wrist pain has led to the purchase of more than 20 different styles of braces.
