According to the measurement chart, my size was close to the next size for both the elbow and knee sleeves. When I tried them on, I discovered that the elbow sleeve needed to be one size smaller and the knee needed to be one size larger. I contacted the seller via Amazon and requested that they return the items and replace them with the appropriate sizes. The owner/manager quickly responded, saying they would ship the new sleeves via Amazon and that I could keep the ones I originally purchased or give them to someone who needed them for free! When I did my weight lifting class and squats, the elbow sleeve helped reduce the pain in my elbow/arm after only two days of use, and the knee sleeve helped stabilize my knee joint and muscles. Minor pain in my knee joint was also reduced to the point where I could hardly feel it. SB SOX are used by my sister-in-law for her knees as well. br>br>A few weeks ago, I bought another brand for my elbow that my doctor recommended, but it didn't help, so I went shopping and researched other brands and reviews, and I'm glad I went with SB SOX.

I ordered these braces because I was suffering from severe elbow pain. I'm a regular weight lifter who recently had ligament damage in my right elbow drained and was told to wear an ace bandage by my doctor. Instead, I chose to wear a compression brace, which is much easier to put on and take off. This brace does a fantastic job of reducing pain. It is so comfortable that I can easily wear it all day. It provides support and allows for full range of motion when bending my elbow when worn while weight lifting. I would highly recommend this brace to anyone suffering from elbow pain, and the measuring instructions are spot on.

I had tendinitis in my right elbow as a result of golf at the time. I used to play tennis in high school and college until my shoulder got messed up (I never had tennis elbow). It's the second time I've had this happen to me. It took me months to recover the last time (of course, I didn't take a break). Every time I shook someone's hand or picked up a coffee (or beer) mug, my hand would hurt. I wore a neoprene elbow sleeve to protect my elbow. something like that to assist. That seemed to work better for me than the small-scale experiments. Straps of a particular type are employed. I couldn't find what I had previously used, so I began looking for something similar. I found similar items for twice the price, but I chose this one because I had previously used a similar knee sleeve from the same company for my arthritis and it worked perfectly. The only thing I didn't like about it was the length. I believe it could be 1/3 to 1/2 the size and still be equally effective; I live in South Carolina, and it gets hot, so having less on your arm is more comfortable. But, in the end, it was successful. I started forgetting to put it on after a few weeks. Knowing how Golfer's Elbow feels, I was able to catch it early enough that the inflammation wasn't severe enough to take months to heal. I'm in my 60s and don't heal as quickly as I used to, so if you notice tendinitis developing, don't wait until the pain becomes unbearable before taking action; it will take longer to recover.

We just received them; they're nice and work well. br>br>They're soft and comfortable; however, we received extra large and small, which may be too tight; otherwise, we'll use them for a while and report back; however, we're very pleased with them thus far. But we just got them and we've only been using them for a few days, so we'll let you know how they work after that. br>br>We usually use the thinner set, the one made of lead text spandex material, but this one is a little thicker. I haven't tried it in the summer yet, so it's for the colder months. It works really well and we like it so far. br>br>In the summer, it may get a little hot, and if it's really 8090° outside, you might sweat a little bit with this one, but you could wear a spandex shirt, which may help, but both sweat during the summer, and this one may sweat a little more though you're a little bit it depends on the person if they can keep their comfort level or how it affects them. br>br>For $10, this is a great deal, and the product's materials are similar to spandex cotton, but a little thicker, and we use them on a regular basis. I'll update the review if anything changes, but they appear to be working well for us so far.

I'd had a cortisone injection before and didn't want to do it again. This worked great for me at first, but after a few days, it no longer had the necessary support to complete the task. I ordered the size recommended by the chart, but I think I should have gone with my gut and ordered a size down.

Without much success, I tried physical therapy, ice, over-the-counter pain relievers, and so on. I'd get a brief respite from the pain, but it would soon return. I'm not claiming that wearing this brace will magically eliminate your pain. However, as soon as I put it on, I felt a lot better and had more stability. This brace is exactly what it says it is. Comfortable, well-made, breathable, form-fitting, and so on. PLUS, the price is unbeatable. For two sleeves, it costs less than $10. SB SOX hasn't been around for that long (2016), but based on my experience so far, they've gotten off to a good start. Because of all the fake reviews on Amazon these days, it's difficult to tell which products are truly the best, but this company appears to be legitimate. You've come to the right place!.

Choose this sleeve based on the positive feedback it has received. In my left elbow, I'm suffering from tennis elbow or a tendon problem. This doesn't completely solve the problem, but it does help when I'm working out or doing other activities that would normally aggravate my elbow. This product has so far exceeded my expectations.
