MUELLER Sports Medicine The One Ankle Brace Premium, Black, XS

This brace gives my sprained ankle a lot of support. After an injury to my ankle, I've been dealing with it for the past three or four years. I couldn't even do low-impact exercises because I was in excruciating pain. I use this to do my low-impact exercise and don't experience any pain during or afterward; I haven't tried high-impact yet because I'm afraid. When you're wearing these, make sure they're laced all the way up from the bottom to the top. It will cause pain in the arch region of the foot if it is left too loose in the foot. The brace's components all feel high quality, unlike another brace I bought for about the same price, and the sizing is spot on. I wear a size 7 in women's clothing that I purchased using the size chart.

It does what it's supposed to do: it keeps your ankles from rolling. br>Because my calves and ankles are so thin, it's difficult to get them tight enough for talus stability right at the ankle. This brace is easier to lace, and I like how the lace does not rap around the bottom of the foot. This version is more comfortable than the previous one because it has an elastic-like fitting.

After multiple fractures and sprains to my ankle, this brace allowed me to run again with little pain (almost too soon after that, and I may not have done the best rehab!). br>br> When I couldn't figure out how to put it on right away, I felt a little silly. The straps are attached to your foot and go under it. br>br>Fits snugly in a tennis shoe but is still comfortable.

I had a soft tissue injury that required medical attention. This is where you should spend your money. Worth it. I was able to walk around the office without fear of my foot swelling or becoming damaged further.
