I reordered another Ace Ankle Support product because mine had worn out and I figured a new one would fit better. The new one had a completely different shape than the old one. Each side of the upper part has the same velcro, so it must be a defection error. Even the video on the sales website depicts a different product, despite the fact that the box it arrived in was correct. I returned the new one and will continue to use my old one. I'm hoping Ace will be able to resolve this issue. br>br>October 2017 - 5 star rating - This Ace Ankle Support is one of my favorites because it is simple to loosen or tighten. It is extremely beneficial! I sprained my ankle several times as a child, and my ankle now appears to be weak. It hurts (for no apparent reason) every now and then. It goes away after a while if I wear it. There are a plethora of options available. I've tried every type of sock and they've all caused my foot to hurt (especially the upper midfoot). I would strongly suggest it.

The instructions on the box and on the 3Ms website call for a version of this with three velcro areas, but the product pictured on the front of the box (and included in it) only has two, making the cross ankle velcro wrap impossible.

I had purchased and returned other ankle braces in an attempt to find one that would move with me while I did my cardio workouts. Other braces hurt the front of my ankle when bending, or provided insufficient support. The only drawback I can think of is that on the back of my heal, I need to put a piece of Mole Skin at the edge so it doesn't rub a sore. Very good value for money, and I hope this helps someone else find a good ankle brace without having to look at a lot of them!.

ACE- I ordered four different brands of ankle supports, and the 207248 Adjustable Ankle Support arrived in just over 24 hours with Prime. This Ace with two straps is preferred (no plastic stays, and not too high on the ankle). I'm more comfortable, and my ankles and feet aren't hurting as much. I have to be careful about how I wrap it around my foot so that it fits snugly in my shoe. It looks good on both feet. It's comfortable enough to wear all day long. Unlike the other wraps, it does not overheat my foot.

I have a bad tendon in my ankle, and the doctor says the only way to fix it is to have ankle surgery, but for now, this brace provides support as my ankle gives way and I have severe instability and weakness, to the point where I feel like I'm going to flop and fall to the floor. This Ace ankle brace is fantastic to use, and I recommend it to anyone who has a bad tendon with swelling and stiffness. I can't bend my ankle at all, and I have to use a cane because my balance is off the mark and I'm wobbly, so this Ace ankle brace makes me feel more secure.

I sprained my ankle and wanted to save time wrapping it while still getting the same level of support as a traditional ace bandage. This method is effective. Much easier to roll over in my sleep and have enough support to ensure I don't wake up in more pain than when I went to bed.

I find it useful. My only gripe is that the velcro doesn't stay in place after a while, but it still provides adequate support.
