Most likely, but you should check with your piercer about it. Not from a customer who bought the item on Amazon. Because I'm allergic to latex and other types of tape, we use paper tape.

The longer the tape is on your skin, the more difficult it appears to be to remove. Because it's made of paper, getting rid of it can be difficult. This tape is for you if you need a lot of adhesion. I prefer Transpore tape for my purposes.
I've been using this type of tape for forty years in clinics and hospitals, and now that I'm retired, I find it useful to have at home. Unlike heavier adhesive tapes, it is easy to tear, leaves no gummy residue, and is gentle on the skin. br>In these days of face masks, there's one more use for it: It can be applied to the top edge of a mask to prevent eyeglasses from fogging up by sealing it to the nose and undereye skin. If you have to wear glasses, you know how aggravating it is to wear a mask for long periods of time.
It has a clean, white appearance in general. This tape package is yellowed and appears to be old and soiled. The six rolls were packaged in flimsy cellophane. I bought this tape to help with my post-surgery wound care. I wouldn't use it on or near a surgical wound or any other skin area where cleanliness was a concern. It cost $6 for this cassette. 97 for 6 rolls (savings 59%). It's not worth the trouble! Taking a chance isn't worth it.
It outperforms all other masking tapes I've tried, and it never rips my paper! Love it!.
My foot doctor recommended wrapping my toe and holding it in a more vertical position (I had a bunyon) and wrapping my arch for support with 3M micropore tape, which stayed in place all day and during walks, even when damp with sweat, and was easy to remove. After foot surgery, I used the tape in the shower as well. The tape kept the plastic bags I wrapped around my foot and ankle in place and kept the water out of the shower.
I purchased this a few months ago but did not have the opportunity to review it until last week, when I needed to use it for the first time. I only came back to give it a review because I wanted to make other users aware of it: br>br>The glue they use leaves traces on the skin that are extremely difficult to get rid of. You can scrub until your skin is raw, but there will still be some glue remnants. br>br>Because I've never had this problem before, I recommend sticking to a well-known brand. (e. , Johnson & Johnson)br>br>CURRENT UPDATE: I requested a refund after discarding the product. This is something that Amazon should not be selling, especially as an Amazon's Choice.
Paper Surgical Tapes outperforms the plastic (Micropore) version in terms of adhesion and durability. br>For me, this six-piece batch is well worth it.
