While there are numerous applications for this type of medical tape, When I'm breaking in new shoes, I use it to protect my heels from blisters.

I like how I can just put them on and they stay in place for the duration of the application. When removing the lashes, they do not pull them out. Must buy!.

Extention of the eyalash. It's perfect for that, and I can cut it into any shape I want for the pads. When removing the filling, be gentle; the skin should not be cut. 3" is a better value for this application because I can cut it as wide as I want.

It does not come off. After having a spinal fusion, I used this, and it never came off or adjusted until I took it off. It will snag your hair, so take care. Because I don't have sensitive skin, I can't comment on this.
