Colors vary depending on the size.
I believe you are being overly technical in this instance. If you follow the instructions below, you won't be able to make any mistakes with your sizing. You won't notice much of a difference between a small and a medium-sized paddle, or a medium and a large paddle, etc. br>SIZING: br>Minimal - Length: Width: 1'' | Height: 1'' 0'' | 1'' | 1'' | 1'' | 1'' | 1''br>Medium - 1''br>1''br>1''br>1 Length: 6'' x 6'' x 6'' x 6'' x 6'' 0'' | 1'' | 1'' | 1'' | 1'' | 1''br>Large - 1''br>Large - 1''br>Large Length: Width: 2'' | Height: 2'' Height: 5' | Width: 5'' Extra Large - 1''br>1''br>1''br>1''br>1'' Length: 6'' x 6'' x 6'' x 6'' x 6'' Height: 9" | Width: 9" 1''
You may not want to do so because you should start with smaller ones until your shoulder mussels are ready.

Dad suggested these because she's been working hard to improve her swimming skills to the point where she can compete. My husband used to train with the flat ones as a kid, but the new curved design appealed to him more. They assisted her in adapting well. In terms of size, br>br> I exchanged the Large for a Medium, which fits perfectly, though she could technically wear the Large. We sized up to give more resistance because the Small was nearly the same size as her hand, so we went with the Medium. My husband was a good fit for the large.
These are fantastic! I've been using paddles that are a little smaller. This has a significant impact. This is a great way to work out your shoulders. With these, I get tired a lot faster, but I also feel like I'm moving through the water much faster. It certainly accomplishes its goal of providing an upper-body workout for me. I like how each paddle has a small hand icon to indicate which hand it belongs to. I'm very pleased with them.
These paddles are extremely appealing to me. To make my pulling motion more consistent, I removed the bottom strap. I can tell I'm working hard, but I don't think I'm doing too much. My shoulders are being strained. Master's level swimmer.
This paddles go great with my fins, which I use for lap swimming. I've had a few back surgeries, and with these paddles, I don't get tired as quickly as I used to, which is a great product.
The paddles have holes in them that allow water to pass through, giving you better control and a better workout. I'll buy them again without a doubt! Warm regards!.
I've been working on my freestyle technique. I wanted to use these paddles to increase the resistance so I could work on my upper arm muscles. It performs admirably. With just gentle use, it improved my speed from 17s to 12s (i. e. , but the frequency of front crawling remains the same). The increase in speed has made me very happy. In summary, I was able to swim for 80 laps, up from 60 laps without using the paddles, in one hour, while burning similar calories. So, with very gentle use, these paddles will provide at least a third improvement. br>br>However, keep in mind that using these paddles will increase the resistance in your muscles, particularly in your upper arms and back. Even though I continued to use the same frequency, after a few uses I began to experience muscle pain. Before I could swim again, I needed to take a break to allow my body to recover. This is probably normal as my body adjusts to the new environment. It's important to remember this.
In swim training, I use these four times a week, and because of the X-factor, I use them on a daily basis. I get a great shoulder workout from the large size. They stay put and glide into the water smoothly at the start of your stroke, giving you a lot of power on the follow through.
It appears to be slightly curved in the picture, but the ones I received are completely straight, so it hurts my finger after a while. br>It's not difficult to put on or take off. Because it hurts my fingers, I don't use it as much as I used to.
