Toddler life jackets have nothing to do with skeet shooting, in my opinion. does it?
This particular pair of "water wings" is only available in one size, and I first put them on my daughter when she was about 18 years old. months old (approximately 27 lbs, 33 inches) It is not intended for infants, but rather for toddlers who can walk well. She should be able to wear it until she's four or five years old because it's very adjustable. I hope this information is useful.
According to my research, the deluxe version has different content. I don't see the point in getting the deluxe after the basic puddle jumper's ease of use. My son used it nearly every day for ten days and was never bothered by the material.
I wouldn't have a clue. It's made of a nylon-like fabric that looks great. Because our children do not always wear it, I would never consider it.

My two-year-old enjoys kicking around and exercising his independence in this environment. He also burns a lot of energy by kicking his little legs so hard, which I like. He has a lot more fun with it on than he does with just me holding him. However, as a former lifeguard, I am conflicted about this. I believe that floaties provide a false sense of security in the water for both parents and children, so if you're going to use them, keep your eyes on your child at all times. Not one. Also, make sure your child doesn't have access to a pool because they might not realize they can't float and kick around like that without their floaties and jump in thinking they can. I'm sure everyone knows this, but I don't think the importance of caution when it comes to toddlers and pools can be overstated.
Today, he is eight years old and weighs approximately eight pounds. He weighs 5 kg (19 lbs) and has decided that a baby floatie ring is not for him. He adores the Puddle's independence. With her head out of the water, she jumps and changes her feet forward, under, and back. He purposefully dips his mouth into the water to sample it! I've used these before for kids ranging in age from 15 months to eight years, but this was the first time I used them for an eight-month-old, who protests when we put him in the baby ring! The Puddle Jumper gives you the ability to move around freely. Big brother is about the same size as a 6-year-old child. 7 year- He's still wearing the same Puddle-style hat. On a looser setting, the jumper.
When I took it out of the bag, I could immediately tell it was a low-quality product with a smaller size. We had previously purchased a genuine Stearns Puddle Jumper, so I quickly grabbed it to compare. They sent me a product that is much smaller, flimsier, lacks the tags and Stearns label, and has completely different safety instructions on the back. It also has an unpleasant, acidic odor and was shipped from China (taking nearly a month to arrive). Even if it fit, I wouldn't put my child in it because he's only 30 pounds. Beware! This will be returned to you.
My two-year-old's heart began to sink! I would not leave any stars if I had the choice. My son is two years old and weighs anywhere from 30 to 50 pounds. Weight: 35 lbs With this on, he slumped like a rock. It had no effect on keeping him afloat! It claims to be suitable for people aged 30 and up. 50lbs. This is completely unacceptable!.
She'll be able to float with them on her back. My two-year-old daughter adores it and feels completely secure in the water when she wears it. Years ago, I remember my son having one, and I didn't care for it. I'm not sure what's changed in the meantime, but it's fantastic. Her head will not go under water if she floats on her back with them or swims with her belly down. She does occasionally slide into the pool, causing her to dunk, but she quickly recovers and continues to enjoy herself!.
This was purchased for my 19-month-old son; She's 26 pounds, but she fits perfectly and has plenty of room to grow.
When I went to look for the to make sure I got the right brand, I couldn't find the name Stearns anywhere on my puddle jumper or the packaging. I double-checked my order to ensure I hadn't made a mistake and purchased the incorrect item. Stearns is clearly stated in the item description. When I read the reviews, I noticed that several other people had experienced what I had. Be cautious and double-check what you receive, as I'm not sure if the counterfeit product has been tested or is safe. I'm upset that Amazon allowed this to happen.
It's all too good to be true, right? I recently borrowed two different puddle jumpers to wear at two different pools with my 22-month-old daughter. This was the color and style of both puddle jumpers. I had already ordered this blue starfish one from Amazon for around $9, but it hadn't arrived yet, so I was happy to borrow one from a friend. Both of the puddle jumpers I borrowed were difficult to put on, but in a good way. My 26-pound daughter's arms fit perfectly into the arm holes (note: Given that she is technically underweight, you'd think her arms would be a little baggy if anything). With this puddle jumper, we had a great time at the pool, and I was looking forward to getting my hands on the one I had ordered from Amazon. A suspicious package arrived from China a few weeks later. It felt different as soon as I opened it up. It was flimsier and thinner than the two I'd borrowed previously. The fabric had a distinct feel to it. Now, if someone could just tell me that the foam is like those small incredible sponges that turn into dinosaurs when wet, and that my puddle jumper will magically transform into a fully-functional dinosaur, I'd be very grateful. I'm going to try using the stuffed floatation device in the bathtub for the first time. But I'm not going to take the chance. I'm currently attempting to return the product, which appears to have half the foam of the ones we borrowed. Less foam means less floatation, and I'm not willing to take a chance with my daughter's safety. Sure, it's less expensive than Target, but I've already purchased the same item from Target and would gladly pay a few dollars more for the genuine article. br>br>For a laugh, I decided to try on an Amazon/China puddle jumper. I weigh around 145 pounds, so I'm way over the limit. Yes, the puddle jumper is snug, but it fits me perfectly (including the back clasp). My arms, in particular, fit into the arm holes designed for a 30-year-old. My arms aren't exactly skin and bone because I'm a 50-pound child with "baby arms" who lifts weights. I'm far too concerned that if my arms fit through the hole, my precious little girl will be able to get her arms out. Three, this is not an authentic Stearns puddle jumper, and I will not allow my child to wear it near any water. Look for your puddle jumper somewhere else to save yourself the trouble (and your child's safety).
