I'm not sure if it's waterproof enough to be submerged, but I leave my tape on for three days. It can handle showering for up to four days at a time.
The tape is the same. Because some of the pieces are long, you can also cut them to fit.

This rock tape is very comfortable and has gotten me to Camp Muir (the highest elevation on Mount Rainier that can be reached without mountaineering equipment) on two occasions. I'm not a professional, so that's quite an accomplishment for both me and the tape. Even though my feet were extremely sore inside the boots, it was primarily due to the strenuous effort and not due to any skin breakdown. I also saved a couple of other hikers in our group because I always bring extra and am the first to recommend if someone's boots aren't working properly. Different lengths allow for different positioning, but you can easily cut it as needed with a pair of scissors you'll almost certainly have in your first-aid kit, and the fabric stretches quite well. To be honest, you might get some glue stuck to your skin around the edges, but I'd say it's about the same as a band-aid. I'll keep coming back to this!.
In all of the hiking shoes I've tried, I have two spots where I get blisters. I finally gave up on finding a pair that didn't cause blisters and switched to these, which haven't caused me any problems since. Now, instead of worrying about those two spots, I can focus on other aspects of a hiking shoe when I need to purchase one.
My second post is about 4 KT TAPE. At first, they worked great and lasted for weeks, but then they started to degrade and only lasted about half a day. I switched to a different brand, Rocktape, and have had no problems so far.
My purchase has made me extremely happy. Even after a shower of needed, it holds up well. It's simple to take off and it won't rip your skin. Larger strips can be easily cut into smaller strips as needed. Exceptionally effective at preventing blisters and rubbing. It's a shame it's so costly.
There are no stars at all. My skin was not sticking to the product. I asked for a refund because I used the tape while walking around New York City. Every time the tape rolled off my skin, I had to toss it in the trash. Please refund my money as soon as possible!.
This tape is fantastic; I applied a small bandage to the blister and then covered it with the rock tape. I couldn't even feel my blister!.
This stuff works like a charm! I went hiking in Utah for all day trips and this stuff worked like a charm!.
This is a great piece to wear all day.
