Hello,br>I returned the tape in the end. It was not at all what I had anticipated. The zinc oxide, on the other hand, I'm not so sure about.

This athletic tape, like most athletic tapes, is made to provide support. It was purchased to help strengthen my wrists, and it has proven to be very effective. You'll probably want to go with something like Ace bandages, which are more elasticized.

Highly recommend this product for wrapping injured knees and wrists

This base came highly recommended by an outdoor friend who uses it to wrap his sore or injured knees and wrists. Aids in the stabilization of the joint so that it can continue to move without aggravating the injury. By stabilizing it, it aids in the healing process. I would strongly suggest it.

The product did not stick well to the skin

I used these to treat blisters on my toes caused by wearing unsuitable footwear. They were ineffective. They didn't stick to my skin in the least. It might come in handy somewhere else.

I got it to wrap my fingers to cover blisters or cuts, nothing fancy, but the adhesive is weak and doesn't stay stuck

I have plantar fasciitis and thought this would be a good tape because a podiatrist uses zinc oxide tape. However, it didn't stick to my skin at all, and it isn't as rigid or thick as it should be.

This is the best multipurpose tape I've ever used

The most excellent tape available. I have to keep a few on hand and in my work bags at all times. It helps me get a better grip on my PS3 controllers. When I cut myself at work, I use a paper towel and some hand sanitizer to make a quick sterile bandage that will last through the day. I've also used it to make temporary repairs to torn leather work gloves. I've used it to make hand tools more grippable. Etc Etc.

This isn't zinc oxide tape, so don't get your hopes up. It's just ordinary athletic tape made of cloth.

I found some Johnson and Johnson brand at Walmart for $2 that does a much better job, tears easily, and sticks to the skin for a longer period of time

It accomplishes the task at hand. somewhat. It is difficult to tear and does not adhere well. I should have paid attention to what the other people had to say. I spent $2 at Walmart on some Johnson and Johnson brand that does a much better job, tears easily, and sticks to the skin for several days. Make a financial plan.
