Yes. I've used this before with my daughter, and it's supposed to be worn for two hours. a week and a half It is simple to get a good night's rest.
I applied it to my Achilles tendon the day before yesterday. It is extremely beneficial - However, I was also a good wearer of high-end running shoes. It all came together nicely. On occasion, I will apply KT Tape to my knees. It merely adds a layer of protection.

I really like how they've already been cut into stripes. I purchased the tape to aid in the recovery of my arm following therapy. They've been extremely beneficial in alleviating some of my pain, tenderness, and numbness. swelling.
I tried this tape, but I prefer Rocktape, which is more expensive but well worth it.
I've come across a few that are a little more difficult to work with, but overall- a fantastic acquisition!.
