To ensure clearance between the objective and the rifle barrel, I would recommend getting the high rings for the 60mm objectives, especially if your rifle is attached to a 20 Moa Picatinny rail.

Is it better to use medium or high rings for 50 mm scopes?

It was identical to the issue I had emailed Seekins about. I was using their 20 MOA scope base with a 50 mm tube from Vortex Viper PST. In the case of an even bigger scope, the medium high rings with a 5/100 difference in height would be sufficient, but I chose the medium high rings to be on the safe side. I found these rings to be the perfect height for my scope, and they are solid as can be! These rings don't let me down. I believe that "What You Pay For Is What You Get". Although they are pricey, if you are paying for a quality product that you only have to buy once, then the extra costs are well worth it.

It was really important for me to have my cantilever mount work, but as it became apparent that it was too high, I opted to use This company is perfect! I highly recommend it. The products are made in the U. S. It also has high quality stuff and is not far from me (70 miles). In the case of high blood pressure It is likely you are familiar with Seekins Precision if you are an end-user of carbines, ARs, etc.

Fits fabric rails, but not weaver rails

It is quite expensive for such a great ring, but it is definitely worth it. It did not mention that they wouldn't fit a Weaver rail (recoil lug is too wide). I gave them 1 star because it did not mention that. A Picatinny rail is required to fit them. I had to return the item.

This is the second time I have used these rings. Some other brands come with large nuts and bolts hanging off the ends of the screws like the torx screws on this model. The unit works great, and we have four of them installed.
