Questions & Answers

Is there any kind of accessory rail on it?

The rail is designed in the Weaver style.

What kind of CO2 can the p99 handle?

A 12 gram Co2 cartridge is required. To be clear, "Co2" refers to the 12 gram CO2 cartridge in general; however, gas is referred to as propane or green gas in airsoft. " Also, I'm not aware of any airsoft/airguns that use anything other than a 12g co2 cartridge.

Is there a "snap back" to the slide? I was looking into airsoft for my son, and he loves Burn Notice and claims it's similar to Michaels?

Each time the gun is fired, the slide returns to its original position. The slide remains in the rear position until the magazine is reloaded when the magazine is empty. Out to a distance of ten yards, the gun is extremely accurate. Enjoy

Is there a CO2 Capsule Mags included?

There is only one mag and no capsules. With it, I purchased three additional magazines, as well as BBs and CO2. It's an enjoyable weapon to use.

Expectations were exceeded in a big way
5/5

A couple of minor issues. This is a truly incredible handgun. I've used it in a few games and will share my thoughts in the form of pros and cons. PROS: br>br> br>Metal slide (Surprise!)br>Good kickbr>Great weightbr>No CO2 wastebr> Good fps for blowback (380-480)br>Excellent gas mileagebr> 390 fps)br>Hurtsbr>Easy to load bbs thanks to a side hole on the magazinebr>Co2 doesn't go in the magazinebr>Shoots as accurately as a co2 handgunbr>When loading co2 cartridges, it doesn't leak gas like most other guns with similar cartridge loading methodsbr> br>Fits into my vest holster perfectlybr>Good sizebr>br>CONS: While shooting, the slide may sometimes lock back prematurely. However, it appears to be improving as I use it. It might not be a bad idea to use some silicon lube, but it appears to be improving on its own. I've gone through a lot of magazines and never had this problem before. br>br>Changing the CO2 cartidge is a little difficult. It's easy to get to, but you almost have to use something to pry it open. However, because of how conservative it is with gas, this isn't an issue during matches. br>br>That's all there is to it. br>br>So, I paid 61 dollars for it. AWESOME. This is the airsoft sidearm handgun for you if you want a COST EFFECTIVE, WELL MADE, ASS KICKING airsoft sidearm handgun with co2 gas blowback. It was for me, at least.

It is not a toy, but it is a fantastic weapon
5/5

This is an excellent weapon. The game is well-made and has a realistic feel to it. Unfortunately, I purchased this for my son (before he was born). teen) and it's a little much for the airsoft wars in the neighborhood. I have a few real handguns, and from a practical standpoint, this is a good training aid for teaching gun safety and shooting techniques, and it shoots accurately at ranges up to 50 feet once calibrated. I can't see taking away stars from a fantastic product, but if it's going to be used in an airsoft war and anything close to QCB range, expect welts similar to paintball guns.

Worth it
5/5

Please keep in mind that at the time of writing, I had only had this product for one day. The gun is well-made, with a plastic body and a metal slide and barrel. When you hold the gun without the magazine, it feels a little top heavy, but with the magazine inside, it's perfectly balanced. This has an incredible amount of blowback. When you shoot and the slide kicks back, it's a great feeling. When the slide is empty, it locks back and stays in place, making it easy to tell when you're out of BBs. Except when running low on C02 (which is to be expected), I haven't noticed anything wrong with it in terms of accuracy. The gun is comfortable to hold in my hand. I'm a 6'1" man with average-sized hands, and the gun feels great in my hands when I'm holding it or aiming it. The following items were included in the package: The gun, one magazine that came with it, and a small pack of BBs (roughly 64). All I have to say is that I do not regret purchasing this item, and I only wish I played airsoft more frequently so that I could put it to use on a field.

Sidearm is fantastic
5/5

On the battlefield, I've grown to love this pistol. It's precise, comfortable to use, well-made, and has a distinct blow-up effect. sound from behind While it, like any gun, has a few flaws, it functions well and accomplishes its objectives. PROS: br>br>
- Construction is made of solid metal and polymer. br> a suitable weightbr>- Resistance to trigger pull that is comfortable to usebr>- FPS that is mostly correctbr>- Exceptionally accuratebr>- Ergonomics that are acceptablebr>- Under- mag release with a trigger; which, in my opinion, should be standard on all pistolsbr>- Better- than- br>br>CONS: br>br>Most C02 cartridge placementbr>br>
- The blow-out can happen at any time. When you move, your back slide will catch open. br>- During the draw and holstering process, the safety selector tends to catch on the holster. Which isn't bad because you're already in danger from the selector hitting the holster when you're out in the field. When you want to draw in a safe area, however, you don't want the gun to be in flames as a result of your draw. I'm pretty sure this is my holster, but I thought I'd bring it up.
- There is only one magazine included. In the last two months, ordering spares has been a nightmare. I'm not sure if it's because of supply or what, but ordering spare parts took nearly a month the last time I tried. They are, however, currently available, so I thought I'd bring it up again. TIP: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innovative" and "paraphrase. " If you have the option, order two extra magazines and a holster made specifically for this gun.

This was purchased as a sidearm for local airsoft competitions
4/5

This was purchased as a sidearm for airsoft games in my area. The quality and feel of the product wowed everyone I met. It was timed at 348 frames per second using a. 25g BB. awe-inspiringbr>br>: awe-inspiringbr>br> UPDATE: br>I've had this pistol for a few months now and have used it in a couple of games. Here's my take on it now that it's been put to the test. The quality remains excellent, and it functions properly. Due to the sound of the metal slide from the blowback when firing, it attracts a lot of attention. It quickly becomes a favorite in the field, and it's still chronoed at 345fps. 360fps. There is no adjustment for hop up, and I've noticed that the BBs tend to flow straight out for about 15 feet before quickly arching to the ground. It may arch to the right or left, depending on the winds. Due to the fact that they fly all over the place at 20', it's difficult to get a grouping on any size target. br>br>Now that I play a lot of pistol games, I have four mags for this. They will not fit securely in any mag pouch. I have to keep an eye on them at all times to make sure they aren't lost; I've had two fall out during games and thought they were lost forever due to their small size; luckily, other players found them and turned them in to the field refs, and they are easily identified due to their peculiar appearance. br>br>The CO2 placement is fantastic; unlike other side arms, which place the CO2 or green gas into each magazine, this model keeps the cartridge in the pistol grip. This is a fantastic feature in and of itself. Overall, I would choose a different pistol like a KWA for better accuracy and range if I had to buy again, but as a starter, I have to say it is a pretty good fielding option. Its advantages and disadvantages are nearly equal.
