Blowback is very strong!
Because it's a CO2 gun, the FPS will be affected by the temperature outside when you shoot it. The frame rate is listed as 345 on the box. However, I've noticed that when it's hot outside, the gun shoots between 350 and 400 feet. 365 It also shoots around 340-350 when it's cold. 330 I hope you find this information useful.
At 50', it's fairly precise. Will shoot from a distance of more than 100 feet.
Yes, it's an airsoft gun made entirely of metal.

Time to tell a story. "Hey, crazy uncle Joe, wanna go play airsoft with me?" my nephew asked. "Yea little punk, let me see what I have and what I need," I say. I was down a sidearm after handing over my old possom chaser to him. So while browsing through amazons and being 50% full blooded redneck on my fathers side i decided to look for a 1911. One that ticked all of the boxes for coolness and received positive feedback. I come across this sucker and purchase it. The next day, I go to Wally World and purchase some. I bought 25 bbs for it, put it through its paces on some cans, and didn't miss a single one (mind you, I EDC a 1911)(merica) So one day in the field, my nephews say to me, "Uncle Joe, this dang bolt action ain't cutting it," so I hand them an ol-action. I've never seen so many fumbles in my life! Mind you, the field was horrible mud everywhere, it had been raining for days up here in Kentucky, and the poor guy was nervous about impressing his overly prepper uncle! So he dropped it in slimy muck. I can see his attempt to turn it into some slop, but it has first pull covered in poop, then it cycles like it does when designed by Mikhail, so he makes sure to use his gun before anything happens.
The pistol is a fantastic piece of equipment in and of itself. I decided to give it a try after seeing reviews from both regular people like myself and professional athletes on youtube. It's the first and only time I've ever used it. After one use, the rubber seal on top of the magazine began to leak CO2. It was no big deal because I used lubricant to seal it up. But then, as I was about to load the magazine, my finger nail slipped off the tensioner to the spring (I should note that this spring is strong!). Pulling it back to load the bbs hurts your fingernails, and it shot back up so hard that it snapped the plastic 'tooth' at the top of the magazine that holds the bbs in and guides them as they feed into the pistol. Because it's out of warranty, I'm probably out $30 for a new magazine; my recommendation is to look for something similar where the 'all metal' construction includes the entire magazine. The plastic teeth on this magazine aren't designed to withstand the force of that tensioner, and with the spring as powerful as it is, you'll almost certainly lose your grip on it.
I only have one thing to say about this airsoft gun: it's incredible. It's my first airsoft gun, and while I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner, I'm impressed as a beginner. The action of the blowback is faultless- So far, at least. It's been said that once you fire your last bb, it locks back every shot. Because it's an airsoft gun, there's almost no recoil at all. I've fired real guns before, but this is clearly not the same. The realism is incredible, and the fallout. . . well, there aren't enough words to describe it. It's also powered by carbon dioxide. It surprised me the first time I shot it, but I'd never done so before. When you fire the gun, the blow back gives you the impression that you are the one in control.
Even with my, the hop up was insane, so I had to remove the slide after putting the first mag through it. 30 bbs. At 75 feet, the point of impact was still a foot above my point of aim, so I reduced the hop up to the absolute minimum. It's not such a big deal once you figure out how to compensate for it. Also, if you're left-handed like me, you won't be able to use your left thumb to disengage the safety. Yes, there is an ambidextrous safety switch, but using the left hand switch causes it to bind. Also, if you're going to use it for cqb, get a few extra magazines because loading them is a PAIN IN THE ASS! Overall, it's a good gun with some minor flaws. I would not have bought the gun if I had been given the opportunity to try it out first.
It's also one of my favorite airsoft guns, with powerful blowback and a 320 fps rate. Both indoors and out, this piece is ideal. Its weight is the only drawback I can think of. It's made entirely of metal (which is a good thing), so it'll last a long time. This has been deposited in DIRT! It's gotten into the internals and stuff, but it's still going strong. It's too heavy to fit in hip holsters, though. Invest in a drop leg or a vest holster. If you're going to wear a battlebelt, get a molle-webbing holster!.
