I don't have a vacuum sealer, so how do you seal the bags?

They aren't bags, but sheets.

Do these plastic freezer sheets, such as Glad Press n Seal, stick together when you wrap something in them?

They're not going to cling to the food or to each other. This is not the case with Press- Seal. They keep food from sticking to freezer paper or any other bag in which it is placed.

Is it possible to bake something wrapped in these sheets?

It is not recommended to bake the sheets.

Freezer Burn can be avoided with this product

In a typical household, 1,000 sheets will last a long time. When you unwrap food that is still frozen, it is easy to use, has a convenient size, prevents freezer burn, and does not stick in crevices in chicken, etc.

They're supposed to be square plastic sheeting pieces, right? They're plastic sheeting squares, to be precise. They're not too thin or too thick, and they're just right. They're just the right size square to hold burger patties. They'll last a long time because there are many of them in the box.
