It will, in fact.
Because the base isn't particularly heavy, I haven't attempted to screw it to a table, as you would need to do. Just for the walls, I'd say. However, there are some for tables.
Elk and Moose have a larger version.
The hook doesn't cause any damage to the skull and doesn't necessitate any drilling. The hook can be adjusted to hold your skull securely, and it can be easily removed from the hook.

This is a fantastic way to show off a natural skull without having to cut it. The way the skull rests on the prong without screws or glue is extremely secure and will not move under any circumstances. It's convenient to be able to remove the skull for inspection or cleaning, as well as display it at any angle. The finish is excellent, and the details give the impression that it was crafted by an old time blacksmith. OREGON CORPORATION. Product is excellent, and I intend to purchase more if the opportunity arises.
If I had to make one suggestion to the designers, the hooks that connect the arm to the base are a little shallow in feel. Second, the main arm protrudes further than I'd like, but that could be because it's designed for animals with larger skulls and antlers than an antelope. This is a great product for the price, and I'd be willing to pay more for it if it came with additional variable length main arms that the customer could choose from. Or perhaps a separate product to achieve the same goal. The product is so good that I purchased a second one, and my father plans to purchase some as well.
I tried to mount a Dall's Sheep skull after it arrived, but the prong wouldn't fit, so it's just a $25 hunk of metal. With a little more digging, I discovered that replacement sizes are "allegedly" available deep within their website. Although they are not listed on the product page, you can request different sizes if you order from them. If you do not order directly from them and require assistance. So, best of luck. I've sent numerous emails and waited on hold for hours, and no one has responded or returned my phone calls in over six months.
It appears to be ideal for my situation. I removed the skull from the wooden mounting plate, then reattached it with the skull hooker. the skull was attached to the hook It can now be easily moved to different parts of the house. It added a dimension to the Rack and skull, giving them more "depth. " It should be noted that the skull extends approximately 5" from the wall. I liked the matte black crinkle paint finish and how easy it was to install. There are multiple adjustment points to adjust the angle up and down to your liking. I strongly advise you to watch the YouTube video before making a purchase.
I couldn't find any real pictures of people mounting a bighorn skull on the internet, so I figured I'd give it a shot and see what happened. With Amazon's simple return policy, you can't go wrong. This is a fantastic design that works well on this ram; however, keep in mind that he is a big and heavy desert bighorn ram, not a huge one. This ram with a slightly tight curl (30" long horns, fyi) barely clears the wall, so if you want to mount a ram with a bigger curl or the ability to turn the head more than 1" side to side, I recommend the larger skull hooker.
This is a fantastic way to hang my euro. Although it appears to be well made, if your mount has a lot of bone, you might want to get the larger one. It claims to be suitable for deer, but the mount's weight varies greatly. I say this because the length of the arm that holds the skull appears to allow for a lot of torque on the mount's top screw. Make sure it's securely fastened to a stud in the wall. Aside from that, it's a fantastic mount, and I especially like the ability to rotate it in both vertical and horizontal directions. For my next mount, I'll order another.
I had no idea the skull would be so far away from the wall because of this. It's not a "flush" mount by any means. To keep the mount level, the skull hook must be pointed all the way up to the ceiling. Also, keep in mind that the skull will stick out a few inches from the wall. There is no such thing as a "negative" review. I wasn't aware of that at the outset. br>br>It's still a very nice (different) look from what I'm used to. This is something I'd buy again if I had the opportunity.
My whitetail euro mount fit perfectly on the hook, which I purchased four years ago. This new one must have a minor manufacturing flaw; at first, I thought it was the skull, but when I tried my other whitetail skull on the new hook, it had the same problem. To allow the hook to fully support it, I had to grind down some of the back of the skull. It's not a big deal, but I wish it had been the same as the one I had before.
