I now own seven rods, including a few Lefty Kreh creations. The rod is very nice. Close-in casting is difficult, and the original line is too stiff for long casting. At the Orvis store, we switched out the line, and what a difference it made! For smaller streams, I've switched to a medium/long range. For less than $400, that is. 00 is the best you can get.
