There is no way he can lay 6' salt water rods in that area unless he removes the center divider and lays them diagonally, which would defeat the purpose and destroy the look. It is my sincere hope that

Are fly fishing poles specifically intended to be stored in this bag? Does it fit regular fishing rods and reels, or is it designed to fit only? The gift (is for a dear friend). Do they differ in any way?

My search for the right solution is over
5/5

First, I am an avid fly caster, and I have more rods than one person should ever need. I use four different rods at all times. Most of the time I fly fish with the pieces of my travel rods. My intention was to pack this for an upcoming relocation move that I'm about to undertake, and so I purchased this carrier so that I could carry along a few items. As I packed it last night, I discovered how much of it I could fit in there. Putting six 4-inch nails into a 4-inch hole was easy for me 3 piece rods (9ft) (without their tubes actually, just rod socks), and 2 3-inch dollies A pair of rods (both under 8 feet long), several reels, 5 or 6 fly boxes, and various accessories (nippers, gloves, neck scarf, and knit cap) are contained The zip file zipped up without any issues. I dropped it several times to see what would happen and nothing happened. Everything stayed intact when I opened it up because I had protected the rods and reels. In order to move, I will now have to repack it for what I will actually take with me. I will be updating this review after I complete the move and have a chance to see how it performs on I'm happy with how this is going so far.

Great bag
5/5

Been looking for one like this for a while. In the same bag I can carry my fly rods as well as all my gear. The hotel is ideal for those traveling out of town. The case has been used every day for 3 weeks. My mother gave it to me for Christmas and I've been playing it every week since then. The Orvis Fly and Spin Combo is 18' long x 4 pieces. A fly reel with 4 spools and two extras. The first spin of the reels. We use tools, leaders, tippet spools, strike indicators, lanyards, gloves, baits, and conventional lures without any problems. It has been nearly 2 years since I have fished hundreds of days and this is This still looks like a brand new item. This case did not leave a negative impression on me.

Taking care of your music gear is a breeze The Haken Continuum Fingerboard MIDI controller instrument I am transporting needs an affordable soft case, and I don't want to spend 4x as much on a budget hard case since I don't gig, but am traveling across the state (CA) this summer

I like this bag because it fits well, it's well made and can be used for a lot of different items.

I cannot believe the price for such a high-quality hard case
5/5

The fishing rods, reels, all equipment, and all the tackle I would need for a standard day on the river, were all taken on 2 different flights. Everything seems to be in order. Because the more expensive case wouldn't arrive in time for my trip, I bought this case. It's very sturdy and the hard case is very hard. As a result, I was quite In addition to carrying my gear to the river for local trips, I use it to carry all my gear to the house.

The statement is untrue
5/5

A maximum of 22 inches is usually the limit for most planes. The number 5 is irrelevant, There has to be a check on it. The old bazooka rod case has been in my possession for years, but since 9/11, this case has gotten more attention than it deserves. In addition, the TSA takes the rods that were perfectly wrapped out, and then put them back in the wrong way so the guides are bent and the rod tips are broken. In recent years, I have replaced my three-piece rods with four-piece travel rods and retired my three-piece rods. Though it is not my favorite thing to do, I am happy to move on. I have gone through this case very thoroughly. It is well made and we are able to fit five , four piece rods in this You might as well stuff the bag full since you're checking it anyway. If the TSA is careful, you might as well take a chance. It looks like the internal dividers might the top a bit more durable as well as hope to keep it crushproof, but the case itself appears fairly durable. We believe the pictures of this bag do a very good job of displaying the actual product. As I prepare for my next trip, I have my fingers crossed for The results will be revealed soon.

Five rods and reels are covered by this product
5/5

In this case, I am able to fit 5 9 foot 4 piece 7 weight rods in their socks as well as 5 reels (no extra spools). Fly boxes can still be packaged in the main compartment, and there are a lot of pockets to put odds and ends in. As far as I can tell, it's well built and looks to be robust enough to carry rods and reels when Please read *Edit My reels were flipped over and now there is plenty of room for more spools or fly boxes. There's just one more thing to do talk the wife into sewing some.

I bought this as part of a pending fishing trip out of state, so I was glad to receive it as a surprise
5/5

Despite its build quality, it is very solid. There is an interior divided by moveable dividers that I wasn't aware of when I bought it, that was a pleasant surprise. The outside of the cabin has an abundance of space There is ample room outside in the three pockets as well. There is no issue with any of the zippers. The equipment you need includes 3 reels ( 3 main reels + one back up reel for each), 2 fly boxes, 2 rolls of tippet, 2 pairs of gloves, a The inside of the case is all empty. My first flight will be on a plane shortly, but I haven't experienced it yet. There is supposed to be a possibility of continuing it. The results will be in a few days. A fishing trip of a week would be possible with everything I've brought in this case.

For the money, this is a fantastic rod case! As I'd been using the Fishpond duffle bag for my waders, I decided to switch
5/5

The case I have been assigned is extremely satisfying - I can't say enough about it. I have updated A few new photos were added. The setup I have is pretty nice. A tenkara rod, a 4-foot rod, and a fly rod There is also an 8-wt fly rod, two reels, various line-related supplies (backer, level line, tippet), as well as treatment for the line and the fly. You can find them in pockets, sunglasses, and neck gaiters on the outside.
