I'm not sure about the "infant," but here's what I know about the "child": A type III PFD isn't meant to flip kids over onto their backs. It's designed for kids who can swim a little bit. Choose a Type I PFD if you want it to flip.
Thank you for taking the time to contact me. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes The 50- There is a crotch strap on the 90 LBS! br>Excellent questionbr>br>Many thanks!
Yes, it most certainly does. Unfortunately, all of the ones with the "head pillow" flip them to their faces if you don't hold on to the loop or if they are too small to counterbalance it, according to what my family has discovered.

We just got it and had to try it on right away. I expected to have to put this on my daughter several times before we went out on the boat to get her used to it, but she was all smiles right away! Of course, I haven't tried in or near water or for longer periods of time yet, but I'm so pleased with her initial reaction that I don't think she will mind. br>To give you an idea of her size, she's only 12 pounds and 24 inches tall at 4 years old. 5 months. The crotch strap is strong, and it does not ride up! It's also nearly as tight as it can get, which is important to know if your baby is smaller or shorter than mine. br>I'm glad we'll be able to use it next summer (and probably the one after that as well), and I'd recommend it or buy it again if we have another child while my daughter is still using it. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I like it even more now that I've taken it out on the boat. I was able to wrap the long crotch strap around my hand and feel secure in the knowledge that she was not going anywhere. If we get a chance to use it in the water (if it ever gets warm enough! ), we'll post another update.
I just got it today and haven't tried it in the water yet, but it fits perfectly on my 20-pound, taller-than-average body. than- 17 months is the average. Much better than the Body Glove jacket we were wearing, which was too tight around her face for her to stand in. She's wearing it around the house right now and won't let me take it off, so that's a good sign! For those who are concerned that their child will end up face down despite wearing the vest, the leaflet that came with the vest addresses this issue, which is true for all Type 2 PFDs. It's made to wake up most people who are unconscious. It is not intended to turn a child face up in the water every time they enter. When it comes to your child's safety in the water, there is no substitute for your undivided attention.
Fits my tall three-year-old perfectly, and she says it's very comfortable. She adores the vibrant hues. Life jackets are an investment that should not be taken lightly. Airhead produces excellent water-related goods.
I was ecstatic to find this one for $45 with free Prime next-day shipping. My 1-year-old daughter wore her life jacket on the boat the entire day with no problems. (22 lbs) is 5 years old.
Nobody argued when I bought this and told her she had to wear it! Grampy asks her to put it on so they can go fishing. It's soft and comfortable, and the color combination is adorable. I was concerned that it would be too small when I ordered it, but it turned out to be just right.
It was only on her for a single try-on. She dislikes the fact that the back head piece (which all infants have) is so close to her face. To zip it all the way up, it must be worn very close to the neck. I'm crossing my fingers that the next time we try it, she'll like it more. Colors are fantastic, and the character is adorable. It's possible that it'll fit in a little tighter than some of the others I've seen. She weighs 17 pounds.
This was purchased in preparation for a visit to Great Wolf Lodge. It was just right: thin enough to stay out of her way but buoyant enough to keep her head above water.
but there's room for improvement. It's a stylish life vest that works well. . . but it's probably not the best choice for children under the age of three. This is because it does not keep a child's head out of the water by keeping it facing upward. So, even if they panic or don't know how to flip over, they can still drink water with their mouths open.
