I have owned several others as well. It is true that these XTOUC pliers are the lightest I have ever owned, especially at this price. Thanks to their titanium jaw inserts and skeletonized handles, the handles and jaws of the pliers are extremely rigid, even when extruded. With the jaw inserts I don't see any wear issues after many uses in saltwater. I have removed a number of fish hooks with my fish hook puller. Although I have exposed the pliers to a great deal of saltwater, I have yet to notice any signs of corrosion, and the tools still perform as smoothly as they did when I first received them. The only maintenance I have done is rinsing off with fresh water at the end of every I was surprised by the quality of the lanyard. There is a coiled lanyard like that that comes with many other pliers, but unlike all the others I've had with coiled plastic, this one has a coiled plastic coating. Neither the lanyard nor the buckle are likely to I don't use the sheath, since it's mediocre at best. However, it's not a dealbreaker for me. I only have a concern it may not last long because of the low price, but so far, after about a dozen fishing trips, the cutters are still cutting the braid easily.
I was initially concerned with a low price point, but I'm pleased to say that the quality of these pliers looks even better than the advertisements. As an example, I used them to crimp copper sleeves on 300# test mono rather easily, then bent a 10/0 circle hook to make it offset (for those of you who are like me, they won't chip your gelcoat when you drop them). These pliers performed well when tested over a variety of difficult tasks, so I hope they will not only perform well on complex tasks but also on everyday work. It sure seems like they are built to last It will take some time to determine whether it is worth the wait. Time will also tell whether the very cool and convenient way these pliers open when you grip them is long-lasting As a result of all the pliers I've tried over the past 10 years, I hope so These kinds of functions haven't been working for 15 years now they either do not work at all or they don't work at all Within the first month, the project is either a success or a failure. I really like how these work and the locking material looks to be made well In this particular pair of pliers I have only made one modification I used light-weight materials to enhance their durability A medium steel wool can be used to scuff Adding a bit of friction to the handle grips would be a great addition. Since the handle contours are pretty good, most people will not need this, but for something this light, I found a little bit of friction after a game when my hands are wet and slimy and the deck is pitching and rolling really helped. However, I must say that the only flaw I can possibly find in these pliers is the fact that one of them has a screw that doesn't work. The price I see here makes me consider buying a half There are another dozen to come They're excellent as a first customized fishing plier for younger anglers, and who doesn't need a couple extras on board, strategically located aft and forward, and between the tackle boxes. It is highly recommended that these pliers be made (and hopefully this small company gets rewarded for it All of us are going through tough times right now).
An excellent pair of pliers would have been helpful. I love how light they are and how easy it is to use them. So I will be gifting them to my friend who's used them far more than I have. I love it. Their durability and strength make them a great choice. Their quality is great, and I would recommend them to anyone. For them, it is worth the price.
I am thrilled to try them and glad I bought this brand because they are high quality and seem to be from a small company who is concerned about customer service.

The delivery was on time. I love it, and so does my husband. In addition, I can use it as a backyard fence.
