It is true that the ones I have for sale (MC Distributors) are brand new old stock in the package. It was a great country in the past, we used to make great products.
The distance between the two is about 3/8 Skinners from your organization are definitely not flimsy, unlike what AHOTM claims. Their products must be from a different brand. These skinners are also not as wide, but wide enough for what they are used for.
Just as in the photo, the polyurethane handles of the instruments are always black. On commercial skinners, the metal is nickel-plated (silver color), while on stainless steel skinners, it is slightly more dull and silver.
As far as I know, I hope they didn't bend when I used them in the USA. In an attempt not to buy Chinese goods, I am trying not to buy things made in China. It is almost impossible to accomplish.

In the past, I took the membrane from the back of my ribs with a butter knife and my hands. You can't live without this little tool. By doing this, I can scrape the membrane off in a fraction of the time! Strong and durable, this tool is sure to last for a long time. In my view, I will be able to use it for decades to come. Its simple design means that it is not too likely to break, and its wide grip makes it easy to catch the skin and pull it.
Now that I have a catfish to clean, I am excited! They were so easy to skin that I had to get another pair after my wife tried them when she saw how easily I skinned my catch. When she heard that they were going out of business, she wanted another one.
The catfish skinning business has been one of my livelihoods for over This is a type of pliers I have never been able to find. It's usually better to cut the catfish skin off before filleting but I'll stick with this method. Although these pliers have a nice fit across the front where they grip the fish skin, skinning a catfish is still the same as skinning a I like how the handles look.
It seems that the black handle keeps sliding, but maybe I can apply tape to it to stop it.
Using just a quick pull, the membrane is easily removed, as it grips the end steadily without slipping. Well built and has a substantial feel to it, this tool is of high quality.
As a result. Although I have used them to skin catfish in the past, I am not using them right now. My aim is to remove the membrane on the back of a slab of ribs with these instruments. A key factor for this product to work is that the two faces of the grippers must collide to grip a surface. I really like how these fit.
Fileting all catfish over one pound is part of my method, but whole fish less than one pound is still fried I enjoyed it a lot. The commercial Mayburn Skinner I just ordered was delivered to me this morning, and I shaved several pigs It seems that this will be my favorite skinner after using it a few times. She does not slip as often as before. My baby brother, who is in another state, would love one of these. I am thinking about ordering one of these for him. Getting the right fishing gear is something we do together.
It took me some effort to remove all the membrane while using a dull knife and paper towels, even though I had gotten better at it with time. As I used my new catfish skinner for the first time today, I was struck by how much easier it was to remove the membrane than it had been with any of my previous methods! After learning from experience, I was able to remove the membrane from three racks of ribs with far less effort and a lot more quickly than it used to take me to remove the membrane from one rack. It seems they are well built however, and so I have no reason to doubt that they will be durable. I used these today for the first time so I did not feel it appropriate to rate their durability yet. I will update the rating after I use them again.
