That is not going to happen. This is attached to a hollow core door for me. The average weight of a male is 250 pounds. Nothing to worry about. I think this is a really good
The brackets on mine go under the brackets.
You might be able to use this if you have long feet. The size of my shoe is The bar should be at the lowest position and the shoe should be at the fifth I think I could not use it because it is two inches higher than I am used to.
There is a specific spot at the bottom of the door for this, and it is designed especially for sitting- The only way to subscribe is via UP.

I found this super easy to use and put together. I like the way it fits on the door. I find that even with the lowest bar, you can still have a hard time getting your feet to grip the foot holds if you have small feet like I do. To get around that, I had to wear Because I use the lowest screw hold, there is a long piece of metal sticking out from the door that I make my lower shins catch on, so I taped a white sock over it for now so I can see it better and I don't get hit. Make a small and large version of this, if you will, and tell the manufacturer to do so. As an added bonus, an extra soft/foam tip cover to protect your shins would be great, too. There's no limit to what you can do, even if it's merely a piece of foam with a slot in the.
As far as the function goes, it seems to work. In order to get up on the bar at its lowest level, you need to press your feet up against the door or at least angle them roughly If you have flat feet, you will not be able to move. As for what it shouldn't do
So let's take a look There is an inexplicable reason why the knob that secures this to the door sticks out about 3 inches farther than is necessary when already attached to a door of a standard size. The toe has been smashed so many times by now that I'm considering using a hacksaw to cut it away.
The setup and use of this product is very simple. When you sit down, you can anchor your feet with ease A lot of abs centric exercises can be done on it, such as push-ups and flutter kicks. It's also good to anchor your hands while performing flutter kicks or leg raises. Its only downfall is the foam cover wears out over time, and mine is on the verge of being scraped off. It is a very good device, but I weigh 200 pounds, do sit-ups the majority of the day, and use it often. The weight is rapidly rising, and I am constantly tossing it in a gym and throwing it on different doors both at home and at work. For the price, I think this is a great product. *PS Make sure the door you are placing this on is sturdy!.
Like many others, I have bought gear to work out at home since the pandemic began. The sit up bar is perhaps one of the easiest things one could obtain or would want to buy. I used to have an upper lip like this a few years ago, but when I started working out, I got rid of it. It goes without saying that the pandemic ended The vast majority of sit up bars on the market use a suction cup to hold them in place. One thing that surprised me as I was looking for it was the fact that they use a suction cup. Yep, like that's really going to work. NOT at all! I found this one to be the only one that could be attached to a Having a stable mounting base was vital for me because I knew it would guarantee the sturdiness of the machine. That was my mistake, and this one makes sense as well. That's all there is to it The chair is both sturdy and well priced, and it has three positions. This does all the things it was supposed to do.
The fact that there are no instructions would have led me to give this a 3 out of 5 stars rating. Seeing the photos, however, made it much easier for me to figure out how things need to be assembled than it would have been through reading text in the manual. Photos gave an idea of what was happening. As of now, I have it connected to my front It takes no more than two minutes to set up. In terms of height, I like the fact that this feature does not impose a universal height, but rather, allows height adjustment. I am quite short (5'1"), and because of my height I often find most equipment hard to use. Most of the time, it leads to problems. A great product that's great quality and great value Compared to other models, this is the best deal. Due to the soft pads on the bottom of the device, you won't have to worry about the metal frame damaging your door. The book is well worth buying!.
Unless you have larger feet, it may be uncomfortable. However, it fits my daughter just fine (her feet are smaller than mine). Mounting a door closer on the opposite side of the door that swings open is the best choice if you have hollow doors. Likewise, you can use the jamb of your door to support your weight when you carry It will bend back toward the door if the bottom half of the (hollow) door is flexible. There is a possibility of damaging the door if the door is stressed too much. You can't beat the price and it is so much more convenient than having someone.
So I was wrong after all! While it was easy to assemble, the components did not fit well together. So I returned it. It is supposed to be a butterfly nut that holds the crossbar snugly against the main bar, but I have never been able to get the butterfly nut tight enough to accomplish its intended However, the device would always be securely attached to the door, but the crossbar did not form a very stable "T" that you could slide your feet under. A $12 fee was charged to me. Rather than paying 99 cents for this one, I returned it for This version is a 1999 In this case, $19 is the cost. I recommend upgrading to version 99 since it is considerably more stable and secure. You can save some time and money if you skip the.
I tried to attach the device to the bedroom door three times after the threaded hole in the back was stripped after three uses. I would have preferred a nut that was properly sized welded to the back rather than threading a thin piece of metal thru the back. There is not enough tension on the screw to keep the magnet attached to the door it is pretty much useless. My plan is to get someone to weld a nut to it so that it might be useful.
