It could use some improvement in some areas, such as the bearing bar on the door hinge. br>br>Although this pull-out couch isn't the most comfortable, it's a good place to start. up/chin- The rubbery material on the top hooks will mar your walls even with the lightest touch, and the up bar does not require a safety clip to clip itself in place. It also does not require a slit between your wall and the door frame. It's nearly impossible to hang this on your door without the rubber pieces slamming into the frame or causing damage to the wall. While using masking tape to cover these areas is helpful, it would be preferable if they could use a different material that does not leave such marks in the first place. br>br>The horizontal support is held in place by a piece of foam tape adhered to the door frame. I'm not sure why they chose foam for this, because foam is soft and deforms under extreme pressure. While swinging on the bar, the softness of the foam allows for a slight give. It doesn't make a loud squeak while you're doing it, but it does make a soft squeak. br>br>After only two uses, the foam left marks on the frame, as you can see in my photo. After only a few uses, the foam itself is starting to rub off, which appears to be a common problem based on other reviewers' experiences. When the soft foam wears away, the harder piece may rub against your door, causing more problems. br>br>If you don't mind scuffing up the paint on your door, I think this is a good option. I was able to locate a bar that was half the price and used a solid rubber piece on the horizontal support, eliminating the rubbing foam issue.

Back in September of 2020, Amazon had an up bar. My first-floor ceilings are ten feet high, allowing me to do Dead-End work. Hang your chin. Pull-ups and push-ups Without bending my knees, I can do push-ups. I also use the bar with TRX-style workouts. Use type straps to perform a variety of core and balance exercises. At $38, this is a great investment.

I've never seen a better pull-up bar. I've had a couple of pull-backs over the years. This one has up bars that attach to the door frame, is very sturdy, takes 10 seconds to set up, and lays flat when not in use. br>br>I've been using it for Olympic-style competitions. I've used it for standard pull-ups as well as ring training. ups. br>br>I'm 6'4" and 200 pounds, and it appears to be capable of holding a great deal more weight.

I've had my pull-up bar for a few months now and I'm in love with it! My younger brother, who is 6'4" and weighs 230 pounds, could benefit from it. But there are a few things I need to say. Wrap the bar in a white towel, t-shirt, or something similar. So that you don't dent the door frame, wear a shirt. Someone mentioned it in another review, but I forgot about it, and now my door frame has a couple of small impressions. If you don't use some kind of tape on the other side of the door, it will leave marks. I live in a newer townhouse that I can comfortably use, but my brother cannot because the frame structure is inadequate. However, the bones in his home (built in the 1920s) are much stronger, and he can make extensive use of them. This pull-up bar is fantastic, and I'm planning on getting one for my brother soon.

"It holds up to 400 lbs (200kg)," according to the product description. "Weight Limits (sic) up To 440 LBS(220KG)" is written in the caption of one of the product photos. The weight limit is stated on the box as 300 pounds, but the instructions state that the weight limit is 130 kilograms. br>The doorframe pads are very loose, and they easily slip off the lower bar that rests against the doorframe. Under the folding arms on my unit, there was a small amount of rust. br>It isn't the best product on the market, but it does the job and appears to be durable enough to last for several years. Despite these flaws, I'm going to keep it. For $30, it's a decent value.

When I wasn't using it, I wanted a pull-up bar that was simple to remove. Overall, this product is fairly sturdy, has adequate bumpers to prevent it from scratching your doors or thresholds, and hangs on the door at a reasonable height. Because I have wider doorways in my home, the installation was a little more complicated for me, so I had to build a small frame to hold it in place with a wood piece that went across the doorway once it was up. The unit is in good working order. It's well-made, appears to hold my larger frame well, and it's been a pleasure to use. I'd say you'll need a good sized lip on the top of the doorway to hang it onto, or you'll have some slipping issues.

up bar! This is an AWESOME pull-string. up bar is exactly what it says on the tin. It's a little large, so it takes up some room. However, if you're looking for a high-quality product, you'll have to look elsewhere. This is an excellent bar with a variety of grips; it's a gym-quality bar. pulleys of excellent quality Right in front of your door, there's a pull-up bar. Exactly what I required in the midst of the pandemic. It fastens and functions flawlessly. I would strongly suggest it!.
