I don't know because I can't curl 140 pounds.
You'll need your own bar and weights.
No, it's more than adequate in size. And it adapts to the situation. It fits me like the ones at the gym because I'm 511 pounds. Nonetheless. br>br> It's not up to par with what you'd find in a gym.
Best of luck! The same thing happened to me, and the company refused to send replacement parts. As a result, I continued to return them until they sent a full unit.

When I assembled the product, I noticed that the three pins needed to adjust the height of the seat, curling pad, and bar were missing. It happens, so it's not a big deal. I looked up their email address on the strength tech fitness website. I explained the situation and inquired about where the pins could be obtained. The email was returned as undeliverable due to an invalid address. Things happen, so I double-checked and double-checked again, and it was the correct email from the company website. So I tried calling the phone number listed on the company's website, but all I got was a busy signal, an operator tone saying the call couldn't be completed as dialed, and/or a message on my cell phone saying call failed. There's no way to get in touch with Strength Tech Fitness, and the product is useless unless it's adjusted to your height. I'm returning it through Amazon, and I'll never buy anything else from this company.
Purchased for use in the home gym. According to some reviews, the product is of commercial quality. That is a stretch for me. In a gym, that top pad would be supported by a full metal plate, and we'll see how well it holds up over time. The package arrived in good condition. There were no problems with the condition of the item when it arrived, and it was simple to put together.
Curler bench for preachers. It is worthwhile to purchase. Simple to put together and well-made. I've had it for about a month now and have had no issues with it. I'm 6'3" and have no problems with the size; the armrest is 25 inches wide and perfect; I can't say enough good things about it; I'd buy it again.
Sturdy. Solid. I've been using it for a few days now and I think it's pretty good. Only a smidgeon of discomfort exists with this pad. However, I'm not sure if it was worth the money I spent. $250. 00 may seem excessive, but in the midst of a pandemic, people will undoubtedly raise their prices. Overall, this is a useful addition to my arsenal.
Pros: Made in the United States of America. The design is excellent. Welds that are of high quality. It is appealing to the eye. For shipping, the package was well-packaged. It's simple to put together. Elbow pad for adults in full size. Cons: The bar rest is just slightly out of reach for a 5'3" person (specifically for me and other wee folk). The bar pad that prevents the curl bar from sliding or shifting is missing.
It's a well-built bench. This item is extremely durable.
I was pleasantly surprised by the bench's construction and overall quality. For the price, they far surpassed my expectations! Very sturdy, but small enough to fit in a home gym. Very well-made!.
