  Easy to assemble (even the instructions are simple to follow, though I've assembled so many things that I'm used to bad directions). You'll need a socket wrench set in addition to the Allen wrenches they provide. br>br>The hardware (nuts, bolts, and screws) are packaged on a paper card with their descriptions printed on it. All of it is sealed with plastic that is adhered to the paper. As a result, most of those descriptions will be torn away as well when the plastic is peeled away. If you're unfamiliar with the various hardware types and sizes, take a picture of them before you open it. br>br>Overall, it's a solid, well-built bench. I wish the large pad, on which you'd rest your back and which can be adjusted from flat to fully upright, had a better track system to keep it in place as it moves around the arc. A removable pin holds the pad in place. When the pin is "locked" into place, the pad rocks back and forth. When the pin is removed, the pad can (and will) fall freely onto the bench's main support, causing a loud thud. Keep a close eye on your fingers and tell your children not to touch it. If you're not careful, you can easily break your fingers. br>br>Aside from that, I think this bench will last a long time.

This is an excellent bench. Dumbell presses and flys are very comfortable in the flat position. It also adjusts up to 90 degrees, which is great for shoulders, and it has a short back support on it, so when I do triceps curls with the ez curl bar behind my head, the bench doesn't get in the way and I can extend my arm all the way down and back up for a full range of motion. I was drawn to the bench because of its extremely stable design. MARCY keeps their designs simple and sturdy in a world of confusing complicated designs that are made to break, which is nice to know because not every company is out there trying to design a product that will break. MARCY, as you can tell, is a traditionalist who only creates products that the customer will enjoy for a long time. I'm beginning to sound like a commercial for a product. However, I am not employed by MARCY. Simply put, I'm a happy client. It's time for another infomercial. In any case, it's an excellent bench.

I have no regrets about buying this bench. After six months of using 3-D printing, I would buy this bench again if I had to use it four days a week. The width is just right, the base pads are grippy, and the overall feel is very solid. I'm 6'2" and weigh 172 pounds, and I use a barbell and dumbell for both exercises. I have no reservations about it at all.

Bench with a good amount of support. The padding is thick and firm, and it is easy to adjust. This bench has become comfortable and stable for me as I bench fairly heavy dumbells.

The construction of this bench is excellent. It's highly unlikely that anyone's lifting capacity would be exceeded. This is a fantastic deal.

I gave it three out of five stars because the length isn't quite long enough and you tend to slip off when doing incline work. On this bench, I am 5 foot 10 inches tall and would gain about 6 inches in length. It still does the job, and I'm satisfied with the bench as a whole. The value for money is excellent.

This bench is extremely durable. It does not deteriorate, but I knew that already. Wish it was a little longer; the 45-degree angle is strange at first. Because of this, I gave it a four-star rating rather than a five-star rating.

Putting it together took about 20 minutes. This is a great addition to our workout studio because it's simple to use and built to last.
